隧道防火涂料的制备及表征

【摘要】 在交通运输通道的建设过程中,隧道以其便捷、造价低等优势受到了规划建设者的青睐。但近十几年来,由于不断增长的交通流量和运输物品的复杂性,增加了交通隧道的火灾风险。又由于隧道结构复杂,环境密闭,在有限的空间内一旦发生火灾,扑救相当困难,火灾往往持续时间较长,极易造成人员伤亡和财物的重大损失。 国内外众多交通事故所造成的危害引起了各国对隧道消防安全问题的高度重视,促进了关亍隧道火灾的基础性研究,并取得了一定的成果。目前较为可行的重要防火方法就是在隧道混凝土表面涂喷隧道专用防火涂料。由于隧道长期处于较潮湿的环境,其火灾燃烧又具有温度高的特点,并考虑到消防队员灭火工作能安全快速的进行以及施工人员的便捷施工等因素,就对隧道防火涂料的防水性、耐火性、安全无毒性、和易性等性能提出了更高的要求,这些也成了相关科研单位和生产企业研究的焦点。 本论文选择硅酸盐水泥等为粘结剂,膨胀珍珠岩等为无机隔热材料,聚磷酸铵体系为防火阻燃剂,研制了对环境友好且应用便捷的隧道防火涂料。利用模拟大板燃烧法等检测手段,研究了硅酸盐单一体系隧道防火涂料配方的组成,并利用热分析法分析高温下涂料的防火机理,以及配方中重要组分对防火涂料防火性能的影响,并针对硅酸盐单一体系隧道防火涂料领域的应用要求,对防火涂料的配方进行了优化,最后得到密度轻、热导率低、耐火隔热性好、无毒无味、耐水优良的隧道防火涂料。 1、实验得到隧道防火涂料的配方,该配方制备的隧道防火涂料具有密度轻、
【Abstract】 Tunnel construction has been throughout the world and the benefits offered by passive fire protective coatings have being increasingly acknowledged. Various tunnel fires might be small with the ignition of a small vehicle carrying a low fire load, or be large and intense with the ignition of a fuel tanker. With the general increase in traffic volume and the transport of hazardous goods, the risk of an incident involving fire might be increasing continuously.Recent fires in many tunnels have shown that the intensity of real tunnel fires can be far greater than expected and the damage to structure. Long closure periods and loss of revenues can have catastrophic consequences to both the tunnel itself as well as the surrounding environment. In an immersed tube tunnel, loss of the joint seals in a fire would destroy the tunnel.Silicate fireproof coatings for tunnels (FCT) possessed many eminent properties, but its applications could be limited due to the low adhesion strength and poor water/fire-resistance. In this study, a new kind of FCT has been developed with Portland cement as principal adhesive, redispersible latex powder as assisting adhesive, ammonium polyphosphate as fire-retardant material, vermiculite as adiabatic padding, and magnesium hydroxide as assisting reagents. The influence of various experimental conditions on fire resistance, adhesion strength and water resistance had been studied in detail.1. The optimized formulation of fireproof coating for runnels has been determined. Compared with commercially available ones, this proposed FCT possessed excellent physical-chemical properties, such as high bond strength, good crack-resisting and weather-resisting property.2. The binding admixture consisted of high alumina cement, Portland cement and redispersible latex powders was used in the fireproof coating for the first time, and the redispersible latex powder played a key role on the adhesion strength and the water-resistance of FCT. When adding 6wt% redispersible latex powders to FTC, the adhesion strength could be greater than 0.9 MPa.3. Cement admixture (high alumina cement and Portland cement) and inflatable flame retardants such as APP, PE and MEL significantly influenced the fire resistance of the FCT. When the thickness of the dry film was 10mm, the fire-resistant time of FCT added 6 wt% of flame retardants could last over 180min.4. The water-resistance of this FCT (360 hours, exceeding the criterion claim 24 hours far away) could absolutely meet the need of inclement environment in the tunnels.5. This new kind of mono-integradient FTC could be easily applicated, and the costs for transportation, storage and package might be greatly reduceed.
