【摘要】 工程质量是一组固有特性满足有关法律、法规、技术标准、设计文件及工程施工合同中对工程的安全、使用、经济、美观等综合要求的程度。在工程建设中,工程质量评定工作是控制工程质量形成的关键环节,客观、及时、有效地进行工程质量评定和质量管理,不仅可以为工程竣工验收提供详实的质量检验资料,而且也是工程质量事中控制的一项重要措施。水利水电工程因其工程综合性强、建设规模大、施工条件复杂、工期长等特点,施工中涉及到的质量信息量大、信息来源广、管理难度高、处理复杂繁琐,给工程施工质量信息的管理和质量评定工作带来较大的难度,加之计算机技术应用在本领域的滞后影响,使得我国当前水利水电工程施工质量的信息管理水平普遍较低,水利水电工程质量评定和管理工作还有待规范和完善。 本文结合云南省水利水电工程建设的实践,对当前我国在水利水电工程施工质量评定和管理方面的工作进行了广泛调研,明确了实际工作中存在的主要问题。通过对水利水电工程质量控制管理原理和方法的研究,采用先进、有效、易实现的计算机辅助方法,研究开发了一套水利水电工程质量评定管理系统。系统以《水利水电工程施:正质量评定表填表说明与示例(试行)》的标准和相关的规范要求作为水利水电工程质量信息处理、质量评定的原则,建立了能反映工程质量动态评定过程的系统构架,包括一个主模块(项目评定模块)和三个子模块(工程报表管理模块、报表输出模块、标准数据管理模块),给出了各模块相应的系统框图。系统开发采用Visual C++为程序设计语言,并充分利用Windows、Microsoft office Xp的环境和资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Project quality is a size of characters satisfies with some laws, codes, technical standard, design files and the comprehensive demands to safe, use, economic and beauty. Project quality assessment is a key link to control the project quality. Project quality assessment and management is an important measurement in project quality control and from it, the detailed quality examination datum can be gotten. Because the hydropower project has many characteristics, such as complex construction condition, long construction period, the large number of information, difficult to management, it is very difficult to project quality management and assessment. As a wide use of computers and improvement of information management, quality assessment and management should be ruled and perfected.Based on the practice of hydropower project construction in Yunnan province, and prevail investigate of hydraulic and hydropower project construction quality assessment and management, the main problems existing in actual work are defined in this paper. Through the research on the theory and method of hydropower project quality control and management, the hydropower project quality assessment and management system is developed. In this system 《Hydraulic Hydroelectric project construction quality assessment table fill explain and demonstration》 is used as a criteria, to found the system frame which can show the dynamic assessment process of project quality. It consists of main system (project assessment) and three sub-systems (project report forms management, report forms output, standard data management). The system is written in Visual C++ and makes good use of Microsoftoffice Xp environment and resource.This system has four characters as follows:1. The version interface is man-machine conversation mainly, optional read-in multi windows, user-friendly interface, great efficiency, meets the characters of hydraulic hydroelectric project such as many working face and exigent working procedure.2. ((Hydraulic Hydroelectric project construction quality assessment table fill explain and demonstration}} is based to fill the tables of hydropower project construction quality assessment. It is standard, realizable and applicable.3. It forms the standard figures and tables as word file, which makes the project quality assessment work going on duly and convenient for keeping in the archives and reference.4. It has good extensionality to meet the requirement of various quality assessments for every type of hydropower project.The system test and project practice prove that the system can manage and control the hydropower project quality information timely and effectively, improve the quality management level greatly and promote the hydropower project construction quality management actively.更多还原
