大型泵站结构三维有限元内力分析研究

【摘要】 目前泵站厂房结构的分析方法主要有:结构力学法、材料力学法和有限单元法。在实际工程中,泵站结构通常的分析方法是将空间结构简化为平面问题进行分析,但是这种简化得到的结果比较粗略。对于大型泵站,由于涉及机电设备布置和流道的影响,其几何形状和荷载分布相当复杂,所以对于大型泵站还是有必要进行结构空间分析。 本文以南水北调东线第一期工程台儿庄泵站为工程背景,建立大型泵站结构的三维数值模型,采用特殊的单元模式,合理模拟大型泵站结构的受力特性。在设计规范中,钢筋混凝土结构构件承载能力极限状态计算则是根据截面的结构内力进行的,以此确定截面的配筋量,并判断结构设计是否合理,所以在工程中内力值往往比应力值具有更高的实用价值,但从三维有限元计算分析中只能直接得到结点的应力值。本课题针对这一工程实际需要,对有限元的内力求法进行研究,解决怎样方便快捷地求得截面上的内力值以及如何将其在截面上表示出来的问题,对台儿庄泵站工程中配筋设计具有较高的参考价值,在南水北调其它大型泵站工程中也具有广阔的应用前景。 通过对几种求解内力方法的比较得到:有限元内力法具有一定的优势。运用有限元内力法关键是要确定指定截面上结点所属单元的单元信息,对于复杂结构,人工准备这些截面信息工作量非常大。本文通过对有限元网格的分析,根据网格单元组成的空间特性,对组成单元的面、点和控制截面之间的关系的处理,筛选得到所需截面信息,编制程序,并验证了由计算机生成求解有限元内力所需截面信息的方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 There are main three methods in the stress analysis and the stability analysis of the pumping station at present time, which are mechanics of structures method mechanics of materials method and finite element method.. It is a common way that the special structure is predigested into plane problems, but the results are cursory. For the mammoth pumping station, its geometric form and load distribution are very complex due to the collection of the mechanical and electrical equipments and the influence of the flow passage, so it is necessary to carry out spatial analysis for the mammoth pumping station.This paper is written in the engineering background what is Taierzhuang pumping station, which is the 7th pumping station of the east route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China. Three-dimensional finite element of the pumping station is set up, in which the special element model is adopted to simulate the structural characteristics. In the ’Design code for hydraulic concrete structure’, toward the structural component of reinforced concrete, the calculation in the status of bearing capability of the is based on the internal forces in section. According to that, the amount of the reinforcing steel bar in the section could be acquired and the rationality of design could be concluded as well, so the internal force is more valuable than the stress, but by 3-D FEM only the magnitude of stress of each node can be obtained directly. Aiming at the practicality, in this paper, the study of FEM for internal force analysis of the large pumping is done, the problem how to get the internal force expediently and to show the internal force is settled down, which provides much warranty for the station’s reinforce design, so as to other large pumping stations of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China.After intercomparing several methods, the method of finite element internal force is a nice one. While using the method, the key is to get the information of the element which includes the nodes of the specified section. For the intricate structure, it is great difficulty in preparing the information of these sections manually. In this paper, based on the analysis of finite element mesh and its spatial geometricalcharacteristics, by dealing with the relations between the components of the element and the referenced section, the information what is needed can be selected out, it has been proved that the method that the information of the sections is generated by computer is feasible.
