杭州背街小巷整治改造工程的意义解析

【摘要】 改革开放以来,杭州的城市建设获得了前所未有的快速发展。但是同时,也伴随着一种不容忽视的倾向:大拆大建使许多镌刻了无数历史典故的街、路、坊、巷、弄、里不复存在;作为历史文化名城和城市生活休闲品质主要载体的历史遗存的街、路、坊、巷、弄、里隐含的重大价值被忽视,这种倾向在今天日益引起社会的关注。 杭州正在进行中的背街小巷整治改造工程是城市环境深度开发与经营的例子,其特点可以概况为四个方面:激活历史文化遗存和人文信息资源、重塑街巷空间的生活活力、诠释环境的休闲品质、持续提升城市空间环境的整体形象。本文通过实例说明这四个不同的侧重点。 希望通过以上研究,能够对历史街巷空间生命的再生,为将我国丰厚的建筑遗产融入到活跃多样的社会经济文化生活,从而造就融历史文化与现代生活为一体的、更符合人性与可持续发展需求的城市环境作出积极的探索。

【Abstract】 From the beginning of Chinese renovation, Urban Construction continues to accelerate and develop with an unprecedented speed. Meanwhile, a neglected tendency is responding to appear: greatly opens the lunar month with thirty days cause hundreds of streets, roads, places, lanes and lanes inside lanes with history literature never to be existent. As main carrier of the history culture famous city and city life leisure quality, the big value hided in these history remains has been ignored. Fortunately, the tendency is gradually paid attention to by the whole social.The reconstructing engineering of streets and lanes in Hangzhou is a typical case of deep developing and operating urban environment. The features are embodied in four aspects: activating history culture remains and humanities information resources, remolding the living vitality of street and lane space, annotating the leisure quality of environment and continuing to ascend the whole figure of the urban space environment. Hopefully, through the above study, some explorations are made in rebirth of history streets and lanes’ live in order to melt our rich and generous architectural remains into active and various social economies, cultures and living, therefore create an urban environment melting history culture into nowadays living and satisfied with requirements of humanity and Sustainable development.
