【摘要】 生态环境是人类生存和发展的基本条件,是经济、社会发展的基础。保护和建设好生态环境,实现可持续发展,是我国现代化建设中必须始终坚持的一项基本方针。随着我国生态环境保护和建设的全面展开,自1999年起,在国家重点生态工程中逐步引进了建设监理。本文通过对国内部分生态工程建设的实施和监理进行针对性研究,分析生态工程监理的特点,并将在工民建、水利工程等传统建筑领域内较为成熟和规范的监理理论、方法、技术路线和实践经验与生态工程实践紧密结合,重点研究归纳整理出了生态工程监理组织与管理,生态工程监理实务实践,以及生态工程监理的特点等几部分内容。研究结果可为生态工程监理从业人员提供参考,并对完善生态工程建设监理的理论和技术,起到积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entironment is the postulate for human living and the base of social and economic development. Protect entironment is the fundamental policy of our country for the sustainable development. Along with the entironment protect and construct carry out overall in country, from 1999, the state major ecologic engineering had import the construction supervision step by step. The paper has study and sum up the ecologic engineering supervision management and concrete practice , through investigate some ecologic engineering pointed and integrated the theory, method and technique in ecologic engineering with them in traditional construction engineering and water conservancy engineering closely. Study result of has guiding meaning to the staff who involved the ecologic engineering supervision, and take positive effect to improve and perfect the theory and technique of ecologic engineering supervision.更多还原
