【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来,高技术产业正在逐步代替劳动和资源密集型产业;世界各地区都在积极调整战略,把发展高技术产业当作经济竞争的制高点。“知彼知己,百战不殆”,浙江省在高技术产业链上的竞争优势是什么?如何获得和维持自身的竞争优势?这是一个非常值得关注和研究的问题,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。 本文首先系统回顾了竞争优势、高技术产业的相关理论文献;通过识别高技术产业的关键因素,进而分析高技术产业竞争优势的形成机理;在此基础上建立区域高技术产业竞争优势评价系统,并对各省、市的高技术产业竞争力进行计算;根据计算结果,对浙江高技术竞争力展开纵向、横向的比较分析。研究结果显示:浙江高技术产业竞争力处于全国第五位;制度优势、“错位发展”优势和环境优势是浙江高技术产业三个主要竞争优势;技术创新能力低下和人力资源缺乏则是制约浙江高技术产业进一步发展的“瓶颈”。 最后,本研究提出了整体提升浙江高技术产业竞争优势的对策建议:以制度和文化创新为根本、以人才和资本为依托、以产业集群为途径,最终获得和维持浙江高技术产业竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1980’s, hi-technology industry is replacing the traditional industries step by step. All of the countries (areas) are adjusting their strategy in which hi-tech industry is thinked as the most important industry in their society. As the Chinese saying: "Know the enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles with no danger of defeat", therefore, what is the competitive advantage of hi-tech industy of Zhejiang province; how to obtain and maintain competitive advantage of hi-tech industy of Zhejiang, which are great worthy to be studied and having a great significance in theory and in realism.Firstly, this thesis reviews the correlative competitive literatures of advantage and hi-tech industry by the numbers. Then, I distinguish the key factors and analyze the formative mechanism of competitive advantage of hi-tech industry. On the basis of above analysis, I construct an evaluation system on competitiveness of hi-tech industry, and then using the evaluation system to account the the score on competitiveness of hi-tech industry of all of provinces in China. According to the accoutting result, I try to analyze the competitiveness of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang from two angle of view: one is transverse, the other islengthways; whereafter evaluating the competitive advantage of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang objectively. According to the study, we get three elementary conclusions: The competitive advantage of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang is No.5 in China compared with the other provinces. "System advantage", "distinction advantage" and "environment advantage" are the three important competitive advantage of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang. Low innovation competence and short of human resources have been the choke point on the development of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang.Finally, the paper bring fonrward constructive countermeasures which will upgrade the competitive advantage of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang effectively: Regard innovative system and culture as bases, rely on talent and capital, regard hi-tech industry’s cluster as the way to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage of hi-tech industry of Zhejiang province.更多还原
