混凝土结构扣件式钢管模板高支撑体系整体受力分析

【摘要】 随着城乡建设的高度发展,模板高支撑体系在现浇混凝土结构施工中的应用越来越广泛,而扣件式钢管模板高支撑体系是我国目前使用量最大、应用最普遍的一种模板支撑形式。但由于对于此类结构设计计算和实际搭设过程中存在着许多不确定、不安全的因素,导致了模板高支撑体系倒塌事故频频发生,严重影响了施工安全和建筑物的使用性能。 现行计算方法对扣件式模板支撑体系的设计计算只考虑了支撑体系中单杆单个步距的稳定,而未对高支撑架提出明确的计算要求,也未深入考虑支撑体系各杆件间相互作用的问题。本文通过现场检测实验,研究了不同高度支撑架内力随混凝土浇筑过程的变化规律。结合理论分析,分析了现浇混凝土主体结构与高支撑体系共同作用的问题及高支撑架整体稳定问题,提出了比较符合模板高支撑体系工作特性的理论分析模型。同时,建立了模板高支撑体系整体分析数值模型,系统地研究了支撑立杆、水平杆、剪刀撑的轴力变化规律以及模板高支撑体系与现浇混凝土主体结构之间相互作用的关系;模拟了混凝土不同浇筑路径、水平荷载作用及主体结构约束的变化等对模板高支撑体系内力的影响。 通过研究首次发现了高支撑立杆不同高度轴力分布的不均匀性以
【Abstract】 With the highly development of the city construction , high formwork support system has been more and more extensively applied to the cast-in-piace concrete structure. While high formwork support system of fastener-style steel pipe, a style of frame system, is mostly widely used in China recently. However, because of the uncertain and unsafe factors during designing calculation and practical building of this frame, collapses of high formwork support system frequently take place, and meanwhile seriously affect the safety of construction and the performance of building.While the present calculation methods only takes the stability of one step in a single pole of the support system into consideration, but presents no specific calculation requests of high supporting pole, and fails to think over the mechanism of interaction between each pole of the formworksupport system. Research in this paper is about the alternative rule of the axial force of supporting pole with different support height during the period of casting concrete through field detection. Combining with theoretic analysis, this paper studies the interaction between high formwork support system and concrete structure of main building. Also, it analyzes the entire stability of high supporting system, and presents a theoretical analytic model which can be gradually agree well with the working properties of high formwork support system. Meanwhile, this paper establishes an entire numerical analytic model of high formwork support system. It systemically studies the alternative rule of axial force among vertical struts, horizontal struts and crossing struts, and the interaction between high formwork support system and the main building of cast-in-place concrete structure. Also, the affection of factors including different casting routs of concrete and horizontal loading and the changing of constraint of main structures on the internal force of the high formwork support system has been simulated.The uneven force distribution of high vertical strut and its basically alternative rule are discovered for the first time. The influent rule of horizontal poles and crossing struts affecting on the stability of vertical strut and the properties of casting routs affecting on support system have also been discovered. An improvement of the design calculation of high formwork support system and engineer controlling methods is presentedaccording to the analysis results, and it provides a scientific basis to the safety, high efficiency and economic work of high formwork support system with fastener-style steel pipe. It also provides an available reference to the safety of construction of structure engineer.
