基于USB2.0接口的多功能光谱仪的研究

【摘要】 通过深入分析光谱仪的一般结构和原理,并依据各种光学原理,我们成功研制了一种实用的依靠线阵CCD与计算机结合的多功能光谱测量仪,该仪器不仅可以测量光谱曲线,而且还可以测量光学薄膜的厚度以及各种玻璃样品的反射率。 本课题研究的多功能光谱仪数据采集系统的数据传输是基于USB2.0接口的,USB2.0接口理论上可以实现480Mb/s的高速数据传输。接口器件选用带DMA功能的Philips ISP1581芯片,通过芯片的DMA接口实现与计算机的高速数据传输。CCD的驱动时序电路通过可编程逻辑器件CPLD来实现,多功能光谱仪的光学系统中采用环形照明技术来减少玻璃样品下表面的反射,从而提高玻璃样品反射率的测量精度。 本课题实现了基于ISP1581芯片的单片机端固件程序的开发和PC端USB2.0驱动程序的开发,PC端以VC++设计开发的光谱仪程序采用模块化结构,主要包括光谱曲线测量子程序、光谱曲线放大程序、光谱曲线数据记录子程序、波长定标子程序、反射率测量子程序、薄膜厚度测量子程序等等。拥有良好的用户界面,完善的菜单,功能齐全,操作简捷。 本光谱仪的测量范围为380~780mn,光谱分辨率为1nm,在论文的最后,对影响测量精度的原因做了分析,并提出进一步提高测量精度的措施。
【Abstract】 On the basis of deeply analysis of the construction and principle of spectrometer and principle of optics, We successfully designed a multi-functional spectrometer which combines linear CCD with the computer technology. It can not only measure spectrum curve, but also measure the thickness of optical film and the reflection of all kinds of optical element.The multi-functional spectrometer’s data acquirement system is based on the interface of USB2.0. Theoretically speaking, The USB2.0 interface can realize the high data transmission speed of 480Mb/s. The Philips 1SP1581 which has DMA interface is selected, high data transmission speed with computer is realized through DMA interface. The driver circuit of CCD is realized by CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device). In the multi-functions spectroscope’s optical system, ring-shape aperture illuminates is used to reduce the sample’s undersurface’s reflection, then enhance the measurement precision of the reflectivity.The firmware of ISP 1581 and the drivers of USB2.0 are realized in this thesis. Based modular design method, a new spectrometer software is made in language VC++, it mainly involves spectrum curve capturing subprogram, curve zooming subprogram, writing data record subprogram, wavelength calibrating subprogram, reflectivity measuring subprogram, the film thickness caculating subprogram , etc. The software includes user-friend interface, functionally complete menu, thus operating very easily.The spectral measurement range of the spectrometer is from 380 to 780nm, and the spectral resolution is about lnm. At the end of the thesis, a summary analysis of factors influencing measurement precision was discussed, some methods to improve measurement precision of instrument are suggested.
