新型高性能脉冲固体激光电源的研究

【摘要】 本文的主要内容是关于新型脉冲固体激光器电源技术的研究。随着激光加工技术在工业中愈加广泛的应用和电力电子技术的发展,对作为激光器主要组成部分的激光电源也提出了更高的要求。本文首先介绍脉冲式激光器电源的工作方式,分析了脉冲式激光器负载对电源的要求,通过泛函方程导出了最佳充电电路原理和脉冲激光器电源的理想外特性,提出了高性能的脉冲式激光器电源应该具备的特性。分析了目前主要的传统类型脉冲固体激光电源的结构和工作原理,针对它们的缺点,提出了一种基于CUK PWM DC/DC 变换器的新型高性能脉冲固体激光电源。围绕这种新型高性能的脉冲激光电源,详细分析了它的结构,主电路工作原理,控制方式,保护方式等。从理论上分析证明了该电源结构具有灵活升降压,输入输出电流纹波小,通用性强,EMC特性优异,效率高,体积小,成本较低等优点。通过对电路的理论分析,建立了电源系统的数学模型,利用Matlab 和Pspice软件对电源系统进行了仿真分析,得出了一些有指导意义的结论。在理论和仿真分析的基础上,完成了新型高性能脉冲激光电源的硬件电路系统,详细的分析了主要电路参数的确定和电源的系统具体的电路设计。通过详细的实验,证明了该新型脉冲固体激光具有传统电源不具备的优异性能。最后,总结了电源设计过程中的经验,指出了在设计电路和电源制作过程中的一系列问题。针对这些问题,提出了改进的方法,并对后继的工作提出了目标。

【Abstract】 The main content of this thesis is about new type power supply of pulse solid-state laser. With the development of the laser processing technology, solid-state laser plays a very important role in industry application. Power supply is the one of the main parts of the laser, therefore taking the research of the power supply of pulse solid-state laser is very significant. Firstly, the load characteristic of the pulse solid-state laser is analyzed ,and the ideal output characteristic of the power supply is obtained. Then analyze the principle of the traditional power supply and indicate their disadvantage. Devise a new power supply of pulse solid-state laser based on CUK PWM DC/DC converter, which has ideal output characteristic of constant-voltage-restrict-current. The principle of the main circuit, control method and protective circuit is described. Theoretical analysis proves that the new power supply has high performance such as high accuracy, high efficiency, low input ripple current, excellent EMC characteristic, light weight and low cost compared with the traditional laser power supply. The mathematic model of the CUK PWM DC/DC converter is made by state-space method, Simulink and Pspice simulation results are given in detail and all of the parameters are set by real working conditions. Based on theoretical analysis and simulation results, the design procedure to the main circuit and control circuit of the laser power supply is discussed. The experiment results show that the power supply of pulse solid-state laser has excellent electrical characteristic as the theoretical analysis and simulation results have proved. In the end, summarize the experience in the experiment and draw some conclusions as reference for further research.
