【摘要】 银行业战略联盟作为一种有效的竞争合作方式,早已被世界各个国家和地区的银行业所接受,银行业战略联盟在世界经济发展中的作用,是金融界和学术界广泛关注的话题。加入WTO以来,我国银行业的战略联盟得到迅猛的发展,建立了各种模式的战略联盟,可以说银行间的战略联盟开展得如火如荼。但是,银行业战略联盟在建立过程中,出现了许多阻碍其发展的因素,而且各个银行业的优势、规模和管理水平不同,其组建战略联盟的模式也不同。如何在现有的战略联盟模式发展中选择最切合我国银行业行业特点、最适合我国银行业基本情况的模式便成为我国银行业生存和发展的关键问题和核心问题,也是摆在经济学家和银行家面前的难题。 对于银行业战略联盟的模式,学术界只是进行了简单的探讨,缺乏全面和整体分析。本文在吸收国内外有关银行战略联盟的研究成果的基础上,对银行业战略联盟的模式进行了全面的分析。根据资源理论,交易成本理论及风险角度的解释,对银行业战略联盟的各种模式的资源互补、交易成本的大小和风险高低进行了全面的分析,提出了我国银行业选择战略联盟模式的基本路径。最后根据我国银行业的发展现状,分析其建立战略联盟的优势和劣势,在吸收国外发达国家银行业组建战略联盟的经验的同时,提出了我国银行业要适应市场的要求,明晰产权、完善银行公司治理机制、选择合适的联盟伙伴,为我国银行业组建战略联盟提供了可选择的模式。研究银行业战略联盟的模式具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strategic alliance of the banking is as a kind of effective cooperative way of competition , have already been accepted by the banking of all world countries and regions. The role in economic development of the world of strategic alliance of the banking, is the financial circle and extensive concerned topic of academia. Since joining WTO, the strategic alliance of the banking of our country has got swift and violent development, having set up the strategic alliances of different modes, we can say the strategic alliance among the banks launches like a raging fire. However, the strategic alliance of the banking has presented a lot of factors of hindering its development in the course of setting up, And the advantage of each banking , scale are different from management level , its mode of setting up the strategic alliance is different. How to choose to suit the characteristic of trade of banking of our country most in existing strategic alliance’s mode development, most suitable for the mode of banking’s basic situation of our country and become key problem and key question that banking of our country survives and develops, it is a difficult problem in front of economist and banker too.Mode to the strategic alliance of the banking, the academia only carries on the simple discussion, is analysed scarcly in an all-round way and wholly. This paper is on the basis that absorb the domestic research results about the strategic alliance of the bank outside, have carried on overall analysis to the mode of the strategic alliance of the banking. According to the resource theory, the theory of the transaction cost and explanation of the risk angle, carry on overall analysis to banking strategic various kinds of resource complementation , size and risk high or low prices of transaction cost of mode of alliance, choose the basic route of the strategic alliance’s mode after putting forward the banking of our country.According to the current situation of the development of the banking of our country finally, it is analysed that it sets up advantage of the strategic alliance and inferior position, while absorbing experience that the foreign banking of developed country sets up the strategic alliance, Have proposed the banking of our country should meet the needs of market, distinct property right , improving the bank company to manage the mechanism , choose the suitable alliance partner , have offered the optional mode for the fact that the banking of our country sets up the strategic alliance.
