FBS-CBR虚拟样机概念设计支持工具研究与开发

【摘要】 复杂产品通常涉及机械、电子、控制、软件等多学科领域,其中各个部件或子系统都可能由多个学科领域的千万个零件构成并相互作用组成一个有机整体。在产品的设计过程中,概念设计又是重中之重。因为新产品全生命周期成本的70%-80%在概念设计阶段被确定。而至今制造业中的计算机辅助工具系列CAx 中尚无一款真正支持概念设计的工具。另外,制造业产品,特别是复杂产品一贯沿用标准化和系列化标准。在新产品制造中引入基于功能、行为变异的概念设计方法,通过功能—行为和行为—结构两个映射过程的变异来扩大概念设计求解范围,从而得到具有新颖性的产品。FBS 概念设计模型的两层映射是通过基于知识的推理方法寻找能够满足功能需求的设计方案。基于案例推理作为一种基于知识的推理方法发端于20 世纪80 年代初,是人工智能领域中的新秀。CBR 解题过程是从记忆库(案例库)中找到与当前问题最相似的案例,再结合当前问题的特点对该案例作必要的修改以适应当前问题的求解。CBR 在知识获取和维护、提高问题求解效率、改进问题求解质量和提高用户接受度等方面都优于传统的基于规则的推理方法。而且新产品的创新是在系列产品部件重用基础上的发展和新增,其设计决策过程符合案例推理问题求解过程。在此,笔者提出了功能—行为—结构分解和变型的计算机辅助概念设计方法。利用基于知识的工程KBE 与结合CAX 的优势,以基于案例推理的方法作为其知识推理机制,设计和原型实现了一种新的计算机辅助概念设计系统CACDT。

【Abstract】 Complex product composed with thousands of part, elements across multidisciplinary subsystems including mechanical, electronic, control, software subsystems, etc. In the process of simulation based design, conceptual design is again the most important stage, because 70%-80% of a product’s total cost is dictated by decisions made during the conceptual phase of design. However, there is not indeed a computer aided conceptual design tool among the computer-aided tools, CAx. Manufacturing products keep the tradition of their standards of products series and products type. Introduce the function and behavior based design method to new product design. Enlarge the concept design solution space by using function-behavior mapping and behavior-structure mapping. And then we get a innovation product design. The mappings on two levels of FBS concept design are implemented by knowledge-based reasoning, and then at last we find the design plan, which is satisfied with the function demand. CBR is relatively a newcomer to AI, the topic of CBR originated in early 1980s. It is a knowledge-based problem solving approach. Due to emphasizing the differences between CBR and RBR (Rule-Based Reasoning), in the latter conclusions are resulted from causes (rule chains), the phrase CBR problem-solving approach has been shortened into CBR in use. A CBR based problem solving process starts from retrieving a most similar case from case-base, and then properly revising the case according to the features of the new problem faced. Comparing with the conventional RBR, CBR has been thought to be easier in acquiring knowledge, and more efficient in problem solving, and the solution gained has better quality, and it is easy to be accepted by users. Further more innovations of new product are achieved by adopt and revise previous products based on reusing parts and subsystem from them, the whole design activity is consistent with the process of CBR. Author offered based on the function-behavior-structure decomposition and transmutation computer-aided concept design method. By using the advantage that the KBE can combine with the CAx and make CBR to the reasoning mechanism, the author design and implement a new computer-aided concept design system CACDT.
