关于社会经济系统自组织水平评价方法的探讨

【摘要】 本文首先分析了复杂适应系统理论,并对该理论进行了总结,得出了复杂适应系统自组织的条件、本质和特征,其本质就是通过系统个体的并行计算来寻找系统适应环境的最优值。社会经济系统是一个适应性系统,以追求最优的环境适应能力为目的,处于不断地进化过程中。本质上,社会经济系统与复杂适应系统一样,由具有自主能力的个体组成,通过这些个体的并行计算来寻找系统适应环境的最优值。复杂适应系统表现出旺盛的生命力和卓越的环境适应能力,而人类社会经济系统却表现出各种不同的适应能力,结合复杂适应系统自组织的条件、本质和特征,我们可以很清楚地发现社会经济系统不尽人意的整体涌现能力的问题所在。因此,本文从复杂适应系统自组织的本质出发,结合自组织的条件,提出了社会经济系统自组织水平评价参数和评价模型。本文以社会经济系统的三个领域为研究对象,用评价方法对该三个领域的演化过程进行了定性分析,在分析中发现:在演化的初始阶段,虽然三者的自组织水平评价参数的值各不相同,而且在演化过程中,各个参数值变化的方式和内容也不一样,但是却逐渐在趋向同一个发展方向,即自组织水平值为高。接着,本文实证分析了海尔集团的发展历程,分析中从评价模型得出的发展趋势曲线与海尔集团在现实市场表现的走势曲线相一致,从而在一定程度上证明了评价方法和评价模型的正确性。最后,本文以评价方法为指导,对自组织企业的建立从激励与约束机制、员工平等性和自主管理、企业文化与企业数字神经网络几个角度提出了建议:在激励与约束机制上提出了人力资本所有者参与分享企业剩余索取权的原则和企业内部虚拟市场模型。

【Abstract】 The theory of self-organization is the study about the principle,mechanism and evolution of system emergent action. The dissipated structure theory,synergetics could explain some self-organization motions in physics and chemical fields, such as the laser, Bénard phenomenon, but the element, which these theories focus on, is passive and dead, and doesn’t have its own objective and initiative, so these theories are difficult to be applied to the fields of biology, ecology, economy, society. Complex adaptive system (CAS) theory points out the element of CAS has its’own objective and initiative. The emergent whole order is just the result of local inter-action. Just because of its self-organization, CAS represents very powerful adaptivity to the environment and the ability of sustainable development, so its mechanism is just the one the human beings’social economy system should learn from. In this thesis, the CAS theory was analyzed firstly. The conclusion of the condition, essence and characteristics of CAS self-organization was made then, and the essence is that through the elements’parallel computation, the system is to find the optimal value at which the system adapt itself to the environment perfectly. The social economy system is an adaptive system, and its purpose is to find the optimal value. The system is in the continuous process of evolution. In fact, just like CAS, the social economy system consists of autonomous elements, and is also to find the optimal value. CAS represents the powerful vitality and outstanding adaptivity to the environment, while the human beings’social economy system represents different adaptivity. Compared with the condition, essence and characteristics of CAS self-organization, the problems of the social economy system’s unsatisfied emergent ability are figured out very clearly. Following the condition, essence of CAS self-organization, the evaluation parameters and model of the self-organization level of social economy system was discussed here. In this thesis, three fields of the social economy system were the targets of study, and their evolution processes were analyzed qualitatively with the evaluation methods. The discovery was made that: at the beginning of the processes, the evaluation parameters of the self-organization level of the three fields were different, and during the processes, and the parameters changed differently in the ways and content, but they gradually headed to the same point: the value of the self-organization level is high. Next, the development process of Haier group was analyzed quantitatively, and the developmental tendency curve obtained from the evaluation model is in accordance with the curve of Haier group’s manifestation in the real market, so the evaluation method and model are proved to be accurate to some extent. In the last part, following the guideline of the evaluation method, the suggestions, which were that the human capital share residual claim and to form the virtual market model in the enterprise , was made from the angles of the mechanism of stimulus and constraint, the equality between employees and self-management, the organizational culture, the enterprise digital nerve system.
