电梯群运行调度系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,高层建筑和智能化建筑的不断出现,作为垂直运输工具的电梯得到了越来越广泛的应用,人们对电梯服务质量提出越来越高的要求,单台电梯往往不能满足建筑内的交通需求。为缩短人们的候梯时间,减少能量的损耗,除了合理安装多台电梯之外,还需要采用优化的调度策略来管理多台电梯协调运转,以提高电梯群的运行效率和服务质量,这就引入了电梯群控系统。本文回顾了群控系统的发展历程,介绍了当前电梯群控技术发展的状况,继而指明了本课题的目的和意义。本文对群控系统的需求进行了分析,在此基础上对系统的整体结构进行了设计,并对群控系统的工作流程进行了简要的介绍。本文对电梯群控系统的特性进行了系统的分析,确定了以群控规则进行上层调整、以多目标优化算法进行下层派梯的两级调度策略。并结合群控系统的特性,建立了基于多目标优化的派梯模型。本文运用结构化的分析方法,对群控系统的需求进行了模块化分解,抽象出各个功能模块,并对每个模块的功能进行了简要的叙述。针对各模块间实时性的通信要求,对模块间的通信方案和通信结构进行了设计。针对群控系统高质量显示和监测的要求,对群控状态显示模块、电梯运行监视模块和故障记录处理和显示模块的结构进行了设计。针对群控系统中电梯和调度计算机之间实时高速的通信要求,对电梯和调度计算机之间的各种通信方案进行了比较,对各种通信网络结构进行了选择。本文对系统核心的呼叫分配模块的实现进行了叙述。对软件实现过程中的关键技术的实现进行了介绍,其中包括进程间数据通信的实现、显示模块的界面实现和通信模块的实现。最后对CAN 总线帧结构设计进行简要的介绍。
【Abstract】 As vertical transporting facility, elevators are widely equipped for intelligent buildings. The services quality of elevator needs to be improved to satisfy the passenger, s requirements. Single elevator is insufficient for the inner building transportation. More elevators could service more efficient and shorten the waiting time and reduce energy consuming. As a consequence, the elevator group control system is introduced. The elevator group control system improves the service efficiency and quality by an optimized control policy which harmonizes multi-elevator operation. The thesis reviews the development of the elevator group control system,and introduces the current elevator group control technology,then points out the purposes and the meanings of the project. This thesis analyzes the requirement of the elevator group control system. Base on the analysis, the whole system structure is designed, and the system work flow is introduced briefly. The thesis systematically analyzes characteristics of the group control system. Base on the analysis, dispatch strategy is divided into two layers , upper layer and bottom layer. Upper layer is used to adjust with group control regulations and bottom layer is used to calculate with the algorithm on base of multi-objective optimization. Combining with characteristics of the group control system, the call distribution module model on base of multi-objective optimization algorithm is built. With the analysis method of modularization, all function modules are abstracted from the requirement of the elevator group control system. Further, the thesis briefly describes each module’s function. For real-time requirement of the elevator group control system, communication project and structure of communication network are designed. For the high quality display and monitor of the elevator group control system, structure of group control display module, elevator monitor module, elevator fault management module and elevator fault display module is designed. For the real-time and high speed communication of the elevator group control system, all communication alternatives are compared and the communication network structure is designed. The thesis depicts realization of the call distribution module which is the core module of group control system. The thesis introduces realization of group control software system’s key technology which included realization of inter-process communication, interface realization of display module and realization of communication. Finally, the thesis briefly introduces the design of the CANBUS frame structure.
