射频IC卡及其读写器的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着现代物流技术的发展,移动多媒体终端设备在物流领域的应用成为此领域一个重要的发展方向。在未来的发展中,势必要求物流多媒体终端具有更多应用物流领域新技术的功能。作为物流信息采集终端相关设备,数据识别和读写是其最重要的一个功能。本文以国家科技攻关计划“移动物流智能终端设备的研究及原型机开发”项目为背景,研究并设计移动物流智能终端设备中的射频IC卡及其读写器。根据课题需要,本文研发了射频识别系统中的射频IC 卡及其读写器的核心软硬件应用技术。文章首先介绍了射频识别系统的组成特征和应用技术。紧接着按照非接触式IC 智能射频卡特点,重点研发了射频IC 卡及其读写器的硬件电路。先按照系统的技术要求设计了低成本和小型化的具体硬件实现电路的系统架构,再从系统的物理组成分析建立了射频IC卡及其读写器各自的实现电路。文章在硬件电路设计中深入探讨了射频识别系统的关键技术-射频天线,并设计出完善实用的系统射频天线。随后给出了读写器通用Demo 硬件电路的应用开发方案。文章接着分析了系统的软件实现方案和射频卡读写原理,架构了实现对IC 卡的读数据、写数据、控制等完备操作的编程指令并说明了系统设计的程序流程。其后设计了具体的系统验证测试方案,利用测试系统进行了系统功能验证测试,描述了系统各个功能模块的详细实现过程和测试过程,给出了信号收发的测试实例。最后,对课题中所作的工作进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of supply chain technology, the mobile multimedia terminal device comes to be an important development direction of this domain. And in the future, supply chain multimedia terminal must implement more functions to use new technology of supply chain. For the equipments to collect supply chain’s communication, data’s identification and read-writing is its most importment functions. The background of this thesis is the project of “The Research of Mobile Supply Chain Smart Terminal Device and the Development of Original Sample”. This thesis designs and develops Radio Frequency IC Card and its Read-writer in Mobile Supply Chain Smart Terminal Device. For the project’s needs, this paper designs and develops the core software and hardware technique of Radio Frequency IC Card and its Read-writer in RFID system. This paper first introduces the RFID system’s composing characteristics and application techniques. Basing on the characteristics of contactless RF IC card, this paper then stresses to analyse and develop the system’s hardware circuit. This paper first designs the function module and hardware circuit with low cost and miniaturization, then analyzes and establishs the Radio Frequency IC Card and its Read-writer’s circuit module from the physical composing. This paper goes deep into the exploitation of RF antenna, which is a key technology of RFID system, and presents the system’s practical RF antenna, then designs and empolders the system’s Demo hardware circuit. After giving the software designing truss to read or write data and to control the IC card, this paper explains the system’s software programme flow. Then this paper designs idiographic validation and testing project of the system. Using the testing tools, this paper describes the implement and the test process of each module in the system, validates and tests the system’s functions, then gives the testing example of the signal’s receiving and emitting. At last, a sum-up and expectation of the project’s work is listed.
