太阳能技术在低层住宅中的应用

【摘要】 当今世界,能源问题一直是人们关注的一个热点问题,应用化石能源会带来全球环境污染和气候变暖等问题。太阳能做为一种可再生的清洁能源,被人们誉为21世纪最有希望的能源。同时住宅做为量大面广、关系国计民生的建筑类型,更是运用太阳能技术进行建筑节能的前沿阵地。虽然本文研究的主要内容是太阳能技术在低层住宅中的应用,有一定的特殊性和局限性,却是当前太阳能应用最为成熟和最具发展潜力的领域,如“零能耗住宅”的出现。而且考虑到技术的相通性,在系统、完整的总结了太阳能技术在低层住宅中的应用后,进而将其推广到多层及高层住宅中应用,有普遍的发展意义。本文以太阳能利用由低技到高技和由被动到主动的发展为脉络,先总结传统民居中利用太阳能的设计手法和现代住宅设计中基于太阳能利用的适应性设计,其中涵盖了住宅形体、外观以及剖面设计等方面。进而总结被动式太阳能与主动式太阳能在低层住宅中的应用与设计要点,并以笔者设计的太阳能住宅竞赛方案加以分析和验证,最后引入未来在太阳能住宅技术发展的主流方向-太阳能光伏发电系统。同时提倡住宅设计和太阳能集热和集电构件的“一体化”设计,提倡在设计之初就将利用太阳能的思想融入到建筑设计中,使其成为建筑有机的组成部分,统筹各方面因素,以达到有效、合理、经济、美观的目的。未来,在住宅建筑中有效地利用太阳能不但可以节约大量的常规能源,而且对于减轻环境污染有着不可忽视的作用,也关系到我国可持续发展的城市建设。

【Abstract】 In our times, the energy question is a hot question that people pay close attention to , using the fossil energy will bring global environmental pollution and climate and change the question such as being warm. The solar energy,a kind of renewable clean energy, is praised as the most hopeful energy in 21st century by people. At the same time the residence building is the most important building type which is needed in great demand and is used in a wide range and which relates to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, so using solar energy technology to residence buildings is the front position of carrying on the energy-conserving of the building. Though the main content of this text is researching solar energy technology application of low-rise dwelling, which has certain particularity and limitation, but is the most maturest and the most potential field in the solar energy uses at present, such as the appearance of " zero-energy house ". And consider the adaptability character of technology, after the systematical summary of the application in the solar energy technology in the low-rise dwelling, then popularize it in the application of the multi-layer residential building and the high residential building, there are general development meanings. This text,with the train of from passive use to active use or from high skill to low skill, summarizes the adaptable design tactics of traditional residences and modern residences based on solar energy utilization firstly , which contain the physique of the house , appearance and section designing etc.. Then summarizes the main principles of application of the passive solar energy and the active solar energy in the low-rise dwelling, which is analyzed and proved by the solar energy house contest scheme that the author has attended, and finally introduce the major direction of technical development of the solar house in the future -the solar photoelectrical generation system. At the same time recommend integrated design between the design of solar component and residence design, utilizing the thought of solar energy to incorporate in the architectural design at the beginning and making it become organic component of the building. Designing a successive solar residence needs to consider all factors of various fields in order to achieve the effective , rational , economic , beautiful purpose. In the future, utilizing solar energy effectively in the residential housing not only can economize a large amount of routine energy , but also have function that can’t be ignored in lightening the environmental pollution and realizing the urban construction of sustainable development of our country.
