基于模糊综合评判的引风机状态检修的研究

【摘要】 本文以发电设备状态检修与点检制、引风机设备可靠性评价问题的相关理论、研究方法、数学模型、管理信息系统的设计与实现为研究课题,在充分了解国内外研究应用现状及发展动向的基础上,提出了基于模糊综合评判的引风机状态检修的问题。文章详细论述了状态检修的基本步骤和技术组织,引入了点检制的概念。对于设备的可靠性评价,文中列举并比较了一些常用的方法,分析和对比了这些方法的基本原理和应用特点。通过分析模糊数学的基本原理,提出了多种模糊综合评判的数学模型。针对电站锅炉引风机这一具体的设备,文章首先分析了其系统边界及主要的性能参数,而后,使用模糊综合评判的方法,在已知和未知设备性能参数的点检值这两种不同的情况下,对其可靠性状态进行了评估,得到了关于设备可靠性状态的量化结果,并以这些结果为依据,对设备的检修提出维修类型决策。文章还分析了引起引风机可靠性状态变化的可能原因及其处理方法。本文介绍了管理信息系统的开发与设计理论。结合工程实际,本文设计了电厂点检标准管理信息系统。该系统应用数据库技术、网络技术和ASP 技术,对电厂设备检修的点检标准进行了分解,存入点检标准数据库,实现了点检标准和点检结果的信息化管理,系统提供了多种形式的查询功能和面向管理者的维护功能,为电厂设备的点检管理和状态检修提供了技术上的支持。最后,本文对以上的研究工作作了总结,并提出了进一步的研究方向。
【Abstract】 This thesis discusses the theory, method, mathematics model, and management information system design about Condition-Based Maintenance, sequenced detection and reliability evaluation of generate equipments for induced draft fan. Based on the actual state of equipments maintenance of the domestic and international electricity power enterprise, the problem of Condition-Based Maintenance for induced draft fan is put forward in this thesis. The basic steps and technology organizing of CBM is dissertated in detail in the thesis, the concept of sequenced detection is introduced. For evaluating the reliability of equipments, some usual method is enumerated in this thesis. The basic principle and application characteristic is compared. Through analyzing the basic principle of fuzzy mathematics, several mathematics models of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are put forward in this thesis. To the concrete equipment of Induced draft fan, its systematic border and main performance parameters is analyzed at first, and then, by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the reliability state of Induced draft fan is evaluated on two different kinds of situation, some quantitative results are gotten about the reliability state of the equipment. According to the results , the policy of maintaining type is gotten out for equipment maintenance. The thesis analyses the possible reason causing the reliability state of Induced draft fan to change, it also analyses the treatment methods. The theory on management information system developing and designing is introduced in this thesis. Combining with the actual project, a management information system is designed for power plant. Database technology, network technology and ASP technology is used in the system. It decompounds standard of equipments sequenced detection in power plant, realizes information management for standard and result of sequenced detection, and offers the support on technology for sequenced detection management and CBM of power plant. Finally, the thesis summarizes the studies and puts forward problems for further studies.
