【摘要】 本文首先对通用数据平台在国内外的发展历程和概况、基于国产数据库的制造业信息化通用数据平台的应用现状、相关技术和相关产品进行了探究。对与平台相关的技术如:软件平台化思想、通用数据访问技术、制造业信息化领域业务数据处理方法等进行了研究。特别针对国产数据库在制造业领域的应用对通用数据平台架构的特殊要求,分析和描述了通用数据平台的总体功能目标和整体性能目标,提出了一套通用数据平台的整体解决方案。整个平台框架以平台引擎为基础,为了屏蔽异种数据库数据的差异性,作者设计了通用数据对象模板,考虑到制造业大量数据处理的效率问题,在内存中以通用的数据模板对象为基础实现了对异种数据库数据的通用管理与操作; 异种数据库语言差异很大,两两转换代价太高,作者提出了基于中性语言转换的思想,开发了KMSQL 的中性语言,并且制定了转换规则库,以KMSQL 为基础实现了异种数据库之间的存储过程的转换; 制造业的数据复杂多样,并且异种数据库数据格式不同,通过制定通用的文件模板,实现了异种数据库数据的统一存储与转换; 制造业企业的工种、任务繁多,普通的用户—权限的方法需要大量的配置,需投入大量人力、物力,作者提出了基于角色的访问控制方法,采用用户—角色—权限的三层授权机制很好地实现了权限的管理与控制。本课题研究基于国产数据库对通用数据平台进行了扩展,并在一些制造业企业进行了试用,取得了良好的效果,验证了本文提出的系统框架和实现策略的可行性。本文最后展望了课题的发展并提出了今后的研究重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis analyzes the development course and state of art of data platform at home and abroad at first, then describes the current status of the application of general data platform in the field of manufacturing informationalization based on domestic database systems. The author digs deeply into the survey and characteristic of relevant technology and products. Development trend in new technology goes on and studies at the same time, such as idea of software platform, new data processing methods in the field of manufacturing informationalization, development and maturity of domestic database systems, which exert the new influence to the framework of general platform. After analyzing and describing overall function goal and capability target of the general data platform in manufacturing informationalization based on domestic database systems, this thesis puts forward a set of solution for general data platform. The platform framework is based on platform engine, and adopts general data template in memory to implement the management and operation of heterogeneous database systems. General data template which is implemented in memory to promote efficiency of data processing is designed to eliminate the differences of heterogeneous database systems. The conversion of stored procedure of heterogeneous database systems is put forward, which is based on a kind of neutral language called KMSQL. KMSQL is designed to support conversion of stored procedure of heterogeneous database systems. Data file template is implemented to store and transform data of heterogeneous database systems. The two-tier privilege administration architecture: user--privilege is not adapted to manufacturing enterprises, because there are too users and privileges to maintain, so the three-tire architecture: user—role—privilege is adopted ease the redundant and bored privilege configuration. Prototype of the general data platform is implemented and the general data platform software has been used in several manufacturing enterprises, which verifies the feasibility of the systematic framework and realization tactics presented before. At last, development of the subject is looked forwarded to and the research focal point in the future is put forward.更多还原
