锅炉焊接工艺辅助设计系统研究

【摘要】 锅炉在我国国民经济建设中起着十分重要的作用,而焊接技术是在锅炉生产制造过程中主要加工技术之一,也是保证产品质量的关键因素。但是目前焊接工艺设计仍然以手工设计为主,一般是凭借设计者的经验,参考典型方案,初步拟定,逐步完善或改造创新,这必然导致设计周期长、开发成本高。近年来,计算机辅助工艺设计技术得到了很大发展,将其应用于焊接领域已经是锅炉企业迫切的要求。针对目前情况,本文对锅炉焊接工艺辅助设计系统进行了研究本文首先提出了基于单元格和特征点提取图纸信息的方法,并利用Open Design联盟组织提供的OpenDWG Toolkit 工具,实现了焊接产品结构信息的提取并自动生成了零件清单,解决了快速确定焊接工艺设计任务对象的问题。其次,通过分析工艺人员设计工作的内容和一般步骤,将工艺人员的整个设计活动纳入到系统中来,确定了系统的主要功能及组成模块,包括:工艺设计基本参数的输入及相应输出、焊接工艺评定报告的制定、焊接工艺指导书的生成、焊接工艺卡的编制。讨论了工艺卡编制过程中对焊接工艺评定报告和施焊工人合格项目的查询等内容。最后,在以上对系统分析和研究的基础上,实现了锅炉焊接工艺辅助设计系统,并将之应用到某锅炉企业的实际生产过程中,提高了企业的设计效率,缩短了设计周期,为企业带来了良好的效益。

【Abstract】 Boilers play an important role in the national economy construction, and welding technology is one of the primary machining technologies in the process of production of boilers as well as the key factors assuring the product quality. However, now welding process designing is also mostly manual work done by the designer’s experience, with reference to representative projects, which is simply studied out, perfected or innovated, which may result in long-time consuming and high cost. During recent years, computer aided process designing technology has been developed greatly, and it has become the imminent requirement for the boiler enterprises to apply it in the welding field. According to the present situation, the boiler welding process aided designing system is studied Firstly, the method of extracting drawing information automatically by using cell-grid and feature-point is proposed and using the OpenDWG Toolkit supported by Open Design, develop and realizes that the product structure information can be extracted from drawing and the parts list created automatically, which solves the problem of quickly fixing objects of welding process designing task. Secondly, by analysis of the technologists’designing work and the general work step, the entire process of designing activities is involved in the system and the primary function and component modules of the system is decided, which includes the input or output of the basic parameters,the establishment of the welding process qualification assess report,the creation of the welding specification. The query to the eligible items of welder during the course of making process card and the welding process qualification assess report are discussed.. Finally, based on the analysis and research above, the boiler welding process aided system is realized and applied to the practice of the boiler enterprise which improve the designing efficiency, reduce the designing cycle and bring more benefits to enterprises.
