基于网络的数控设备故障智能诊断系统

【摘要】 随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展,实现设备的远程监控和故障诊断已经成为可能。本文以数控设备为对象,研究和开发了一个基于网络的数控设备故障智能诊断系统。该系统采用数控设备、诊断Agent、远程诊断中心三层结构,并采用当前流行的计算机网络将三者联系在一起,形成一个完整的系统。本文就该系统的结构、功能、实现技术进行了详细地介绍,具体说来,主要包括如下主要内容: 1) 在分析华中数控系统软硬件结构和网络应用现状的基础上,以华中数控公司产品为研究对象,详细分析了基于网络的数控设备故障智能诊断系统的功能目标、性能指标,提出了系统的体系结构,并就该系统的结构特点进行了分析。2) 结合Agent 的功能目标,对Agent 的功能模块进行详细地设计说明,主要内容包括:用户管理模块、设备通讯模块、内嵌Web 服务器、视频、音频服务器模块的设计。3) 对系统中应用的CBR 诊断方法进行了详细地介绍,并将CBR 方法应用到数控设备的诊断过程中,实现了基于CBR 的数控设备故障智能诊断,同时,本文专门针对Agent 的诊断模块进行了详细的设计说明。4) 对整个系统的功能进行了全面测试,并给出了测试运行界面。主要测试内容包括:数控设备与Agent 的连接;Agent 的管理功能;Agent 的故障诊断功能;远程监控与诊断功能;远程诊断中心的运行等。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer network technology, it has been possible to realize remote monitoring and fault-diagnosis of device. In this thesis, we take NC device as the research object and have developed an intelligent diagnosis system based on computer network. It adopts three-layers structure that include NC device layer, diagnosis agent layer and remote diagnosis center layer. It is a complete system by using popular computer network currently to connect with these three layers. In this thesis, we have introduced the structure, function and realization technology of the system in detail. In particularly, it includes such main contents as follow. Firstly, based on studying the architecture of hardware and software and the present state of network application of HuaZhong CNC system, we have studied the function object, capability indexes of this NC device intelligent diagnosis system based on network by taking HuaZhong CNC device as research object. In addition, we have proposed the whole structure of the system and pointed out its characteristics. Secondly, according to the function object of diagnosis agent, we have designed its function modules in detail. The main contents are as follow: the design of users management module, device communication module, interior web server module, video server module and audio server module, etc. Thirdly, CBR diagnosis method used in this system has been introduced particularly. Moreover, it has been used in the diagnosis process of NC device so that the intelligent fault diagnosis of NC device is accomplished. In the meantime, the diagnosis module of agent is introduced specially in the paper. Finally, a general testing has been carried out. The running interfaces are showed in the sixth chapter. The main testing contents are in the follow: the connection of NC device and agent, the management function of agent, the fault-diagnosis function of agent, remote monitoring and diagnosis function, the running of remote diagnosis center, etc.
