提高冷弯型钢设备加工精度的若干技术研究

【摘要】 尺寸精度是衡量冷弯型钢产品质量和市场竞争力的重要指标,提高冷弯型钢设备的加工精度,旨在提高产品的尺寸精度和质量。本文首先简述了当前国内外轧钢技术、型钢生产方面的相关技术现状和发展趋势,然后介绍了直接影响冷弯型钢尺寸精度的生产设备轧机及飞锯的研究现状,接着简要介绍了冷弯型钢的生产工艺,并从产品截面尺寸精度和长度尺寸精度两个方面提出了冷弯型钢精度控制的一般方法,最后给出两个实例来说明如何通过改进设备提高加工精度。实例根据冷弯型钢生产特点和要求,结合汉口冷轧厂冷弯矩形空心型钢生产线的实际生产状况,从设备的角度提出了提高产品尺寸精度的新方法和新思路。通过设计一套经济、简易、有效的微调机构和采用摆线针轮减速机大大提高了普通型钢轧机的辊缝调整分辨率,使产品的截面尺寸偏差控制在预期范围以内;定尺飞锯以西门子PLC(Programmable Logical Controller)取代原微处理器作为控制核心,并选用欧陆全数字直流驱动器控制直流电机,编写了符合工艺流程和有利于提高加工精度的控制算法,使新的飞锯在产品长度精度、稳定可靠性等方面超越了传统飞锯。文中还给出了轧机、飞锯的设计方案、结构设计、控制程序及效果分析方法。最后,对本文所提出的设计方案的优点、不足和需要改进之处进行了讨论,并对将来进一步的研究提出了建议。

【Abstract】 For the cold forming sectional steel, dimensional precision is an important index that measures its quality and ability to occupy market. Research on techniques to improve the manufacturing precision of cold forming sectional steel equipment aims at improving the product’s dimensional precision and quality. In this thesis, the relevant technical status and development trend in steel rolling or in section production, are firstly outlined. Then, the thesis tells the research status of rolling mill and flying saw which have a direct affection on the dimensional precision of cold forming sectional steel. Besides, it introduces the technology of cold forming sectional steel and the ways to control the dimensional precision in section and length of the product. At last, two examples are given to tell how to improve manufacturing precision by renovating equipment. According to the production specific and demand, the examples have put forward new methods from equipment to improve the dimensional precision of products concerning the condition of production line of rectangular metallic pipe in Hankou Cold Rolling Plant. By designing a low-cost , simple and effective fine adjustment mechanism and using a cycloid pin gear speed reducer, the adjustment distinguishability of common section rolling mill has greatly improved, which may limit the dimensional precision of products in a expected range;The flying saw uses Simatic PLC(Programmable Logical Controller) as the control core in stead of microprocessors, and selects Eurotherm DC Digital Drive to control the DC Motor. It has also been equipped with the control algorithm which is suitable for process flow and helps to improve manufacturing precision. All these measures make the new flying saw surpass the traditional one in dimensional precision of products, stability and reliability. The thesis has given the design precepts,structural design,control program and analysis of effect for the rolling mill and the flying saw. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the design are discussed, and several suggestions have been offered for further research work in the future.
