40MPa钛合金高压气瓶的设计及仿真

【摘要】 本文是“40MPa 钛合金气瓶研究”前期预研或理论研究准备工作的一部分,主要是从已有相关成果、经验及理论上论证其可行性,并作了一些必要的理论研究准备工作。针对921 钢制高压气瓶的缺点,结合钛合金TC4 材料的特性,深入分析了利用钛合金制作高压气瓶的优点。在研究国内外现有钛合金高压气瓶发展状况的基础上,分析研究了钛合金高压气瓶制作的技术关键,针对技术关键拟定了钛合金高压气瓶研制的技术路线。设计了钛合金高压气瓶的结构,确定了压力、壁厚、安全系数等技术参数。采用有限元法对钛合金高压气瓶和921 钢制高压气瓶进行了结构仿真和应力分析,通过对仿真结果比较分析,进一步论证了钛合金高压气瓶的研究可行性和优越性。对不同安全系数取值的钛合金高压气瓶的仿真,确定了安全系数,优化了钛合金高压气瓶的壁厚。按照研制技术方案,本文设计了缩比模型的结构,对不同比例缩比模型进行了结构仿真和爆破仿真,得出了缩比模型比例。按照高压气瓶的各类试验的目的和要求,设计出了气密、疲劳试验和水压、爆破试验系统。本文的研究表明,用钛合金制作40MPa 高压气瓶理论上是完全可行的; 等比缩小的模型可以真实地反映全尺寸钛合金高压气瓶的应力分布情况; 可以采用缩比模型来进行各项工艺研究和试验研究,以节省研发费用、缩短研究时间; 本文的研究为后续研究工作奠定了一定的技术基础。
【Abstract】 This paper is one part of academic research or pre-research and development for the study of 40MPa high pressure gas bottle made of TC4. The feasibility of the project is proved theoretically from the existing related achievement and experience and some academic preparations necessary are made also. According to the disadvantages of high pressure gas bottle made of steel 921,With the consideration of the characters of TC4, The advantages of high pressure gas bottle made of TC4 is analyzed thoroughly. Based on the research and the development status of high pressure gas bottle made of TC4 at home and aboard. The key technologies to make high pressure gas bottle made of TC4 are analyzed and the technical route is framed according to the key technologies. The structure of the gas bottle is designed and the parameters such as pressure, thickness and safety factor are given also. Structure simulation and Stress analysis for the high pressure gas bottle made of steel 921 and made of TC4 are carried out contrastively with finite element method. With the compare and analysis, the feasibility and advantages of the project are validated. Through the simulation of gas bottles with different safety factors ,a safety factor is worked out and the thickness of the gas bottle is optimized at the same time. According to the technical route, the structure of shrinked model is designed, then a simulation for the shrinked model with different proportion is carried out. A proportion for the shrinked model is given. With the reference of the test purpose and requirement for high pressure gas bottle, the systems for airproof, fatigue, water pressure and blast test are worked out. The study indicates that the plan to make the high pressure gas bottle made of TC4 is feasible theoretically and a well-proportioned shrinked model can offer the true information of the stress distribution for the real structure. A shrinked model is used in experimental and technical research for saving the research cost and shortening the research time. In this paper the technical foundation is made for the later research.
