基于Web服务的虚拟企业协作计划与控制系统研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业作为针对市场机遇、为迅速实现企业资源有效集成而组建的动态联盟,已经成为企业组织形态发展的方向。它能敏锐把握市场机遇,及时满足顾客需要,快速聚集经营资源,全力推动技术创新,有效缩减交易费用,降低经营风险。但在虚拟企业中,其成员企业的分散性及组织形式的松散性决定了其计划制定、执行和控制过程的不确定性,从而极大的增加了虚拟企业中决策与运营过程的风险性。针对虚拟企业的上述运作特点,本文研究分析了虚拟企业的特点和及其计划与控制的理论与技术基础,探讨了在虚拟企业中实施计划与控制的重点和难点,对虚拟企业中的协作计划与控制系统的应用环境和需求进行了分析,提出了适用于虚拟企业的基于Web 服务的协作计划与控制系统总体框架,具体包括其中的通信协作平台、计划策划辅助工具和计划执行控制系统。在此基础上,结合XML、Web 服务、Agent 以及工作流管理等技术对该系统中的计划分解方法、任务分配方法和执行控制方法进行了研究和设计。根据层次性软件体系结构的思想,设计了该系统中的计划策划辅助工具,将系统分为应用层、通信层、服务层和数据层等四个层次,并运用Web 服务技术、XML 技术和Agent 技术对系统进行了详细的设计和实现。运用工作流技术和XSLT 技术对该系统中的执行控制系统进行了设计。在J2EE 平台上实现了相应的原型系统。
【Abstract】 Virtual enterprise is a kind of dynamic alliance which is formed across several enterprises in the interest of market opportunity. It can rapidly collect the advantages of these enterprises, and has turned out to be an evolving direction of future corporation formation. It can catch market opportunity fast, fulfill customers needs in time, gather enterprise resources, push technique innovation, and can reduce trade expense and risk. But members of virtual enterprises are separate and the formation of them are incompact, which makes the procedure of planning and control in them hard, and increases the risk of the management in the virtual enterprise. With respect to such characteristics in the operation of virtual enterprises, this paper has investigated the relevant theories and technologies of systems for the planning and control of collaboration in virtual enterprises. Discussion has been made on the key points and difficulties in the implementation of such a planning and control system in a virtual enterprise. This, in together with the analysis on its application environment and system requirements, has led to the proposal of a Web Services based Collaborative Planning and Control System (WS-CPCS), including its main functional modules such as the communicate platform, the plan design tool, and the execution control system. Base on the research above, the methods for plan decomposition, task distribution and execution control have been studied and designed with the application of some key technologies needed, such as XML, Web Services, Agent and workflow management. In accordance with the methodology of hierarchical software system design, the plan design tool among this proposed framework has been designed, which has four layers including the application layer, the communication layer, the service layer and the data layer. A detailed design and implementation plan has been given with the employment of such technologies as Web Services, XML and Agent. The plan execution and control module has been designed with the application of technologies based on workflow management and XSLT. A prototype system has been implemented based on the platform of J2EE.
