【摘要】 电视是我国近四亿儿童最常接触、最易于接收信息的媒介形态,制作优质的少儿新闻节目,满足他们获取新闻、增长知识、了解社会的渴望是电视媒介的责任和义务,但我国少儿电视新闻节目起步晚、发展迟缓、存在很多问题和困难,本文试通过分析我国少儿电视新闻节目发展现状,找出少儿新闻节目存在的问题并探索未来发展的对策。本文首先阐述了少儿电视新闻节目的定位和作用,以概括出少儿新闻节目的独特性,并分析了在当前国内外媒介环境下,我国加快发展少儿新闻节目必要性。文章主体部分对我国目前具有代表性的少儿新闻节目进行了抽样分析,运用儿童心理学和受众理论研究少儿受众认知特点和收视行为特征,并设计了调查问卷对武汉市部分城区的少儿进行“少儿电视新闻节目”受众收视调查。通过以上调查研究发现:我国少儿新闻节目总量不足、覆盖面窄,不能满足巨大受众市场的新闻需求; 在节目主持、内容、栏目结构、制作方面存在成人化倾向问题。文章结尾部分认为解决问题的对策在于:首先要转变传播观念,以儿童为本位,将“教育为主”转为“寓教于乐”,然后从少儿新闻栏目设置、节目编排制作和主持播报方式三个方面分析了具体操作中的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Television is the most popular media that our country’s children usually touch and receive information. It is the television’s duty that making high-quality children news programs to satisfy their wishes of obtaining news, learning more knowledge and realizing the social. But our country’s children news programs started very late and developed very sluggish. There are still so many problems and difficulties. This text tries to analyze the children news programs’present condition and find out the future counter plan. Firstly this text expatiated the children news programs’fixed position and function to generalize the special characters of the children news program. Secondly I analyzed the current domestic and international medium environment to prove the necessities of quickly developing the children news program. Thirdly the corpus part of this article proceeded the sampling analyzes with our country’s representative programs. Then I researched the characteristics of the children’s perceive and behavior in the child psychology and audience theories. At the same time, I designed an inquisition questionnaire called “children and children news program”to investigate the children in Wuhan’s city areas. In the end, I find out that we didn’t offer enough children news programs to satisfy with our children’s requirement. There is a serious adulthood tendency in program managements, contents, and column eyes construction. Then the knot tail part of this article analyses that the problem-solving counter plan consists in: First we should change the spread idea, regard the children as the basis.
