城市轨道交通需求预测方法及沿线环境景观分析研究

【摘要】 随着中国城市化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高,轨道交通作为一种新兴的客运交通方式将成为许多大城市交通中不可缺少的组成部分。然而,从国内外城市轨道交通的使用情况看,其运营的经济效益一般都不高。如何充分利用城市轨道交通资源、提高城市轨道交通的运营的经济效益,是我国现阶段城市交通规划工作面临的重要课题。针对这个问题,本文就轨道交通对城市用地的影响作了分析,提出了城市轨道交通需求预测的可操作性方法与优化模型,并对轨道交通沿线的环境景观问题作了深入分析。文章重点讨论了如下几个问题: (1)城市用地强度与轨道交通的关系,以及城市对到交通线网和常规交通线网之间的平衡关系。(2)提出了基于剩余交通需求预测的城市轨道交通需求预测方法,即根据常规交通方式的分担预测和道路的设计通行能力,求出以客流量表示的各常规交通路段的交通供给。然后根据“四阶段预测法”里交通量的分配步骤中多路径分配法,将城市总交通需求分配到城市常规交通路网上,得到城市总交通需求在各常规交通路段上的分配。再求出交通需求与交通供给之差,即得剩余交通需求。根据剩余交通需求进行城市轨道交通需求预测和规划。(3)对轨道交通线路特别是高架线路如何与沿线周围环境景观相协调、高架沿线的静态景观和动态景观、环境景观质量对轨道交通分担客流量的影响等方面作了较深的研究。(4)根据上述理论基础,作为实例,本文还深入分析了武汉轻轨交通运行效率低,资源浪费严重的主要原因,提出了解决武汉轻轨交通运营情况不理想的基本对策。最后,文章给出了本文的主要结论和展望。

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of people’s life standard,urban railway transportation as a new travel method is becoming an inevitable part of urban traffic.But according to domestic and overseas complexion of urban railway transportation,its business benefit is low.How to fully utilize urban railway transportation resource so as to improve its business benefit is an important problem that urban traffic planning will face. Aiming at this problem ,this article analyzed railway transport impulse on urban land planning, brought forward an operative method and model,and deeply analyzed the environment and scenes around urban railway line. This thesis emphasized tree problems as follows: Firstly,it discussed the relation between urban railway transport and urban land development,and the balance of railway transport network density and common urban traffic network density. Secondly,it brought forth forecast method of urban railway transport demand based on remainder traffic demand. That is :based on the forecast of general traffic mode and designed road capacity,on every section general traffic supply can be extracted .The total urban traffic demand is distributed on the all general traffic roads,adopting every path distributing method in traffic distributing step of “four steps forecast method”.The difference of traffic supply and traffic demand is calculated.It is namely the remainder traffic demand. At last,urban railway transport demand is forecasted and planed according as the remainder traffic demand. Thirdly, it analyzes the harmony between urban overhead railway transport line and environment around the line,static scenes and moving scenes along the urban overhead railway transport line. Based on the theories above,as an instance,this article also thoroughly analyzed the reason that the function efficiency of Wuhan light railway is low,its resource is wasted serious, and brought forward some methods how to solve the problem the business of Wuhan light railway is not so ideal. At last,it presented textual conclusions and original points.
