结构动态位移监测与数字图像处理研究与应用

【摘要】 结构的动态位移信息是进行结构试验和分析中极其有价值的原始数据,也是结构检测的难点和工程界的研究热点。对于动态观测对象,难以寻找固定的参考点,各种传统的位移监测方法都有其局限性,因此发展一种远距离、非接触的观测手段,并且能实现自动记录、处理连续数据的实时系统是非常必要的工作。本文探讨了基于数字图像处理技术的实时动态位移监测技术的实现。摄影测量是一种非接触获取空间信息的重要手段,而数字图像处理技术的发展使空间信息的获取、处理得到飞速发展,已经逐步迈向自动化。应用这些技术于土木工程监测,可实现结构的动态数据信息采集、处理以及信息的及时交流,从而实现结构诊断评估的智能化。本研究完善了基于数字图像处理技术进行工程结构动态位移监测的方法。在固定点安置CCD 摄像机,通过图像采集卡对处于动态被监测结构物上的标志点进行视频图像采集; 用数字视频编辑软件将动态数字图像转换为逐帧存储的连续静态数字图像序列; 用改进的程序对某一帧进行系统标定; 程序自动对图像逐帧连续批量处理,获得动态目标点的坐标,并拟合出运动曲线,实现动态位移的实时监测。通过大量静态与动态试验与多个实际工程的实践证明此方法精度高、处理速度快、操作简便、可以适应各种工程环境。

【Abstract】 Dynamic displacement information of structure is very important rude date in structure testing and analysis, it is also the difficulty of structure detection and the research hotspot in engineering area. All kinds of traditional methods about displacement detection to dynamic object have their localization, it is hard to find fixed reference point. So it is very necessary to develop a kind long distance and untouched detection system which can record date by itself and deal with a series of date in time. This paper discusses a measure method of numeral image manipulation technology to inspect the dynamic displacement of project structure. Photogrammetry is a kind of important method to get space information without touch, and the development of the numeral image manipulation technology urge the development of the technology about getting space information and dealing information. Apply this technology to civil engineering measure, we can gather and deal with the dynamic information in time, thereby it can realize the intellectualized evaluation about structure diagnoses. This paper consummate a kind measure method of numeral image manipulation technology to inspect the dynamic displacement of project structure. First we put CCD vidicon on fixed point, gather the video picture of sign point on dynamic measured structure by picture gathering card. Second convert dynamic numeral image to series static numeral image list using numeral video frequency soft. Use the soft we ameliorated demarcate one frame. The soft can deal with image list frame by frame by itself. Then we get the coordinate data of dynamic aim point. At last deal with the data to get the movement cure of aim point. In this way we carry out measure of dynamic displacement. We had proved this method was a kind of handy and effective measure method by static experiment、dynamic experiment and several actual projects.
