中药生产过程自动化系统

【副题名】提取工艺及控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文的研究工作主要围绕中药生产提取工段自动化智能控制系统的研制开发而展开,涵盖了中药提取工段工作机理的研究,中药提取工段特种传感技术及特种阀的研究,提取工段控制方法的研究和提取工段自动化智能控制系统的设计开发等主要内容。 首先简要分析了中药生产过程提取工段的工作原理,比较、分析和研究了各种已有的和新兴的提取工艺;对该工段特种传感技术及特种阀的工作原理及其应用进行了深入的了解与研究;在此基础上,建立了提取工段数学模型,为系统的控制及仿真奠定了基础。 对中药提取工段的控制方法进行了研究,采用基于神经网络模糊控制的闭环控制方法。采用一个规则自动生成控制器来自动生成模糊规则,从而形成的模糊规则更准确、更恰当,应用一种神经网络算法进行模糊规则的调整,提高了模糊控制规则的自学习和自适应能力。仿真分析结果表明,论文提出的控制方法应用于控制系统极大的提高了提取工段控制器的综合性能,取得了良好的控制效果。 在理论研究的基础上,着眼于中药生产全过程的自动控制,研制了一套提取工段自动化智能控制系统,现场调试运行结果表明:该系统反应灵敏,工作稳定可靠,各项指标均达到或超过规定的国家标准,同时有效的控制了提取产物的质量,提高了提取工段的工作效率。 本课题属国家计委重点科技攻关项目(计高技[2002]2141号)和哈药慈航制药有限公司重点科技攻关项目。其研究成果将在中药生产行业加以推广。

【Abstract】 This dissertation is focused on the research of the intelligent control system of the extraction of Chinese Traditional Medicine(CTM), which includes the analysis and research of the mechanism of CTM’s extraction , comparison and research of special valves and special industrial sensors used in the extraction of CTM, design of the control method and intelligent automatic equipment used in CTM’s extraction.The dissertation analyzes the working principle of CTM’s extraction briefly, compares various methods of CTM’s extraction, analyzes and compares the special valves and special industrial sensors used in the extraction of CTM. On this foundation, the dissertation establishes the mathematics model of CTM’s extraction for the simulation and control.The control method for CTM’s extraction based on neural network fuzzy control is proposed. Therefore, fuzzy rule is more accurate and more appropriate by adopting automatic generation of fuzzy rule, and the self-study ability and self-adaptive ability of fuzzy rule are enhanced by applying algorithms of variable structure neural network to the adjustment of fuzzy rule. Simulation analysis results show that the control system can raise the integral performance of controller and strengthen the system’s stability.On the foundation of theoretical research, the author gives a development scheme of intelligent control system of the extraction of CTM. The experimental and practical results show that the equipment can dynamically track the change of the production desire, rapidly realize the stability of the control system, and all the indexes have reached or exceeded the national criterion. At the same time the equipment effectively achieves the quality control, highly improves the efficiency of CTM’s extraction.This project is funded by State Development Planning Commission, and is the Science-Tech Tackle Key Project of HaYaoCiHang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd. The research achievements will be spread in the whole CTM’s production industry.
