微型电热锅炉控制系统实验装置研究与开发

【摘要】 过程控制是高校自动化专业的一个重要的专业方向,学生在课堂上学习理论知识后,需要在实践中进行消化和理解,以及在理解的基础上创新。为此,建立一个操作简便安全、实验内容丰富、过程参数变化直观,控制参数对控制性能的影响便于观察的过程控制系统实验装置非常需要。 本论文研究基于两级网络的过程控制系统实验装置,底层利用Profibus现场总线,上层为以太网,被控对象是模拟电热锅炉的实验装置,它是生产现场实际被控对象的微型化。实验装置不仅有模拟量的输入与输出,还有开关量输入输出。通过简单的连接操作可以构成各种形式的控制系统。论文介绍了实验装置的组成和工作原理,分析了各种被控制参数的工艺流程。现场基础自动化装置选用S7-400系列PLC,主控单元PLC的控制程序采用Step7软件进行编写,上位机为PC机,组态软件采用WinCC进行编写。并以锅炉液位控制系统的模糊PID控制实验为例,说明了过程控制系统实验原理和步骤、系统功能和特点、控制系统实验教学应用软件设计开发过程,并对实验中的控制算法进行了仿真比较。由于本系统实验教学功能完善,不仅可以开设过程控制专业方向的基本实验,也能进行综合型和设计型的实验,还可作为研究生和教师研究控制算法的实验对象,是一种功能齐全,比较接近生产现场实际被控对象的实验装置。

【Abstract】 Process control is an important course of automatic subject of university. After learning the theories in the classroom, the students have an eager for digesting and understanding and to innovate. So, it is very important to establish a process control experimental system, which should be easily operated and make the control policy implement convenient.Process control system based on two-level networks for experiment equipment is studied in this paper. The Profibus is used for the first floor and the industry Ethernet is used for the upper floor, the controlled object is a experiment equipment imitating the electrothermal boiler. The experimentation setting not only has analog variables’ input and output, but also has switch variables’ input and output. Firstly, the constitution and work principles of experiment equipment are analyzed and the arts and crafts is introduced. The S7-400 series PLC is selected as the field control and PC is adopted for up machine. Secondly, the fuzzy-PID control experiment is taken as an example for exhibiting the experiment principle and step, the system functions and characteristics, the design and development process of the control system experiment applied software. This system has perfect teaching function for experiment, it can not only set up the basic experiment about the process control, but also benefit for the experiment about the comprehensive type and design type.
