深海集矿机通信与水面监控系统研究开发

【摘要】 21世纪深海多金属结核采矿已成为海洋高科技产业发展的重要领域,数据采集、通信和监控手段是海洋多金属结核采矿技术的关键组成部分之一。研制和开发稳定、可靠的数据采集、通信和监控系统是当前海洋采矿技术的首要任务。 深海集矿机水面监控系统主要用于深海底作业集矿机作业监控。由于1000m深海中试集矿机系统比200m湖试集矿机系统的数据通信距离大大增加,湖试集矿机通信系统已无法保证海试监控系统远程通信的要求,因此论文对深海集矿机通信和水面监控系统进行了研究:在分析深海集矿机监控系统结构和工作原理的基础上,给出数据采集流程;面向深海集矿机远程监控要求,结合水上监控工作站和水下测控工作站远程通信的特点,兼顾监控系统可扩展性,研究开发了能够适应长距离、高带宽通信的光纤传输系统,通过时分复用技术和波分复用技术建立了相应的通信规程、实现了光纤双向通信,并设计了便于分接的数据帧结构;基于面向对象的软件设计思想,设计开发了水面监控系统,利用多线程技术解决采样周期与控制周期的匹配问题。 整个深海集矿机通信与水面监控系统的研究开发思想直接影响到深海采矿系统的设计、运行和控制。本论文提出的设计方案和开发方法,对深海集矿机通信与监控系统的研究开发具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Deep-sea mining of minerals like manganese nodules has been one of the challenging tasks facing ocean engineering in the 21th century, and one of significant domains of the high science and technology development in maritime industry. It is, currently, an important task to develop a steady supervisory system on data-acquisition, remote communication and control.The communication and supervisory system in mining-ship on the ocean is mainly to monitor and control the working condition of the deep-sea mining collector. In this dissertation, the design method and implementation approach of the communication and supervisory system are in detail introduced for matching 1000m-depth-trial in the ocean. The components and operating principle of supervisory system are analyzed, and the data-acquisition flow charts are proposed. To meet the demand of the trial and for extensibility of this system, the transmission system that is long-distance, high-bandwidth by optical fiber is designed at length. Time-division multiplexing and wavelength-division multiplexer respectively design the protocol of communication and the configuration of intercommunication, between the above-water workstation and underwater workstation; the data frames structure that is easy to branch connection is put forward. Based on object-oriented design, the software of supervisory system is developed, and it is sovled that the control periods are not consistent with the time of data-acquisition.The method for the design and implement of the communication and supervisory system of the deep-sea mining collector influences on the design, operation and control of the mining system directly, which would be, certainly, helpful for the further research and development of the deep-sea mining technology.
