基于多智能体的虚拟企业自动协商研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业是21世纪的新型企业管理和运营模式,虚拟企业具有组织构成的动态性、物理范围的分布性、结构的可重构性、市场机会的快速应变性等特点。 随着人工智能以及Agent技术的发展,利用具有一定自主推理、自主决策能力的Agent以及由其组成的多Agent系统(MAS)来模拟、优化、实施、控制虚拟企业供应链的运行,已经成为研究和实施虚拟企业供应链的重要方法之一。如何应用多Agent技术实现一种高效、智能的交易模型,为虚拟企业各组成成员之间实现在线自动协商已经成为虚拟企业供应链研究的一个重要方向。 通过查阅大量文献,对相关理论的研究现状进行了介绍。然后对其所涉及的虚拟企业理论、Agent及其理论和Agent协商理论进行了较系统的归纳。在此基础上提出了一种虚拟企业自动协商框架和算法,并对其进行了较为深入的分析,通过设计算例对所提出的算法进行了试算和检验。随后,在单主题协商基础上提出基于指标均衡和权重区间数的虚拟企业供应链合作伙伴选择方法。最后开发了一个原型系统,使其能够模拟虚拟企业盟主、盟员双方自动协商的过程。 在该协商模型中,引进盟员盟主数量比参数以期扩大其适用范围,并反映Agent可以感应周围环境的变化;引进协商双方的下一步期望价格和保留价格,用其确定出价策略概率函数的偏好参数及修改可能的出价区间范围,使协商模型能够较好地反映协商双方的心智态度,进而可模拟现实生活中的讨价还价协商过程,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Virtual enterprise(VE) is a new management and operation mode in 21st century. Virtual enterprise has the character of dynamic structure in organization,distributed ranges in physics,restructurable and rapid response in grasping chance in the market.With the development of artificial intelligence and the technology of agent,people make use of the agent which has the ability of self-reasoning,self-determination and multi-agent systems which are make up of the agents to simulate,optimize,implement and control the operation of the VE supply chain,it is becoming one of the most important approach in research and implement VE supply chain.How to apply the technology of agents to realize a efficient,intelligent transaction model has become an important research direction in VE supply chain,so as to realize the online automatic negotiation among the members in VE.Thus this paper will do some research about VE automatic negotiation based on multi-agent.By reading a lot of literature,the author introduced the research actuality of the related theory,then summarized the theory of VE,agent and negotiation which were involved in the research subject,then proposesed a universal VE automatic negotiation framework and a new negotiation algorithm,and also do some good research about it.The author also designed a calculable example to verify the algorithm,based on the negotiation results the author proposed a method on partner selection in virtual supply chain based on index equilibrium and power interval numbers.At last the author developed a prototype system to simulate the prosess of automatic negotiation between the core enterprise and the leaguer enterprises in VE.In this negotiation model,the author introduced into the parameter of the number ratio of core enterprise and leaguer enterprise,it can indicate that the agent can apperceive the environment and can act synchronously, the author also introduced into the parameter of next expectation price and reserved price respectively,and use them to confirm the riskparameter or modify the likely price interval,it can make the model reflect the price attitude of the two negotiation parties,and can also simulate the iteration of offering price very well in reality.
