电力机车空气制动系统的控制与故障诊断

【摘要】 现有的韶山型电力机车空气制动系统大都采用DK—1型电空制动机作为控制部件,其核心是采用继电器有触点逻辑控制。虽然其运用比较成熟,但也存在着比较明显的缺点:如由于振动可能产生继电器误动作、故障率高、寿命短,布线多且维护工作量大,其控制逻辑关系随布线一旦固定,需要改进时非常困难。没有完善的在线故障检测诊断功能,空气制动系统直接关系人民生命财产的安全,难以适应铁路高速重载的战略发展要求。本文设计构建的电力机车空气制动控制及故障诊断系统,采用无触点逻辑控制技术取代原有的有触点逻辑控制技术,提高了系统的可靠性,该装置可通过软件编程实现不同的逻辑组合功能,以达到控制不同车型之目的;空气制动系统在线故障检测诊断部分,通过检测电力机车空气制动系统关键部件的工况,利用故障诊断系统进行故障诊断。所以,电力机车空气制动控制及故障诊断系统的研究,适应了我国铁路重载牵引和高速列车发展的需要,具有巨大的经济价值和社会效益。 本文以SS3B型电力机车空气制动系统为研究对象,在全面分析该系统逻辑控制关系、原理、接口及其特点的基础上,介绍了系统整体设计思路、在系统可编程ISP技术的应用、DKL制动逻辑装置的设计、空气制动装置故障检测与诊断系统的设计。

【Abstract】 Existing electric locomotive air brakes of Shao Shan types are mostly used DK-1 model electric-air braking machine as control component, its core is to adopt the relay and touch logic control. Though its application is riper, there are also some obvious shortcomings: for example, because vibration may make up the relays miss movements, high Fault rate, short-lived, connecting more and safeguard hard, the logic relation of control is once fixed with connecting, it is very difficult to modify. There is no perfect fault detection and diagnose function online, the air brakes directly relate to security of people’s life and property, It is difficult to meet the developing needs of strategy of the railway with heavily loaded and high speed. The systems of electric locomotive air brakes control and fault diagnose we designing are adopted non-touch logic control technology which replaced touch logic control technology before, it’s improve the dependability of the system, the device can through programming to produce different logic combination functions, In order to achieve the goal of controlling different styles, the part of online fault detection and diagnose of the air brakes system, to detect the working state of the key part of electric locomotive air brakes system, using the fault diagnose system to diagnose the fault. So the study of electric locomotive air brakes and fault diagnose system is meeting the demands of the railway with heavily loaded and high speed, having enormous economic worth and social benefit.This paper regards air brakes of electric locomotive of SS3B as the research object, on the basis of analyzing logic control relation, principle, interface and characteristic in an all-round way, have introduced the whole mentality of designing of the system, the application ofprogrammable ISP technology, the designing of DKL brake logic device and detection and diagnose system of air brakes device.
