多金属结核中试采矿系统的动力学特性模拟与测试系统研究

【摘要】 随着陆地矿产资源的日趋减少,开发国际海底矿产资源是大势所趋。根据我国国际海底区域研究开发计划,我国将在“十一五”期间进行大洋多金属结核开采1000米海上试验。鉴于深海作业环境的特殊性、采矿系统自身的复杂性,我国多金属结核采矿系统开展了虚拟现实研究。这将缩短其研究周期、降低其开发风险。而对于采矿系统的虚拟现实研究,必须研究与开发一套高性能的多金属结核中试采矿系统的动力学特性模拟与测试系统,以提供与中试采矿系统相类似的运动和力学特性的反映,对中试采矿的各个重要作业过程进行模拟,在此基础上分析研究各个关键部件和关键点的受力和摆角位移等情况,从而为采矿系统的虚拟现实研究提供可靠的实验考证工作平台,使之为采矿系统海试选取行之有效的技术方案提供技术基础。本文研究的主要内容如下: 1.根据海洋载荷的作用规律,分析研究了模拟测试实验系统的模拟海洋环境载荷。 2.分析研究中试采矿系统的重要作业过程运动规律,拟定了具有类似运动和力学特性反映的中试采矿重要作业过程的模拟实验方案。 3.根据中试采矿模拟实验方案,运用机电一体化技术研制了一套作业模拟及动力学测试实验系统,并进行了系统软件和硬件设计。 4.根据模拟测试系统采集的数据的特点,设计了数据后处理平台,对实验数据进行了剔除奇异项和加权平滑滤波处理。 5.完成了硬管在海洋载荷和中间仓重力作用下的模拟实验,并对实验结果与理论计算结果进行了对比研究。
【Abstract】 With the decrease of mineral resources on land, the general trend is exploiting them on international deep sea bed. According to the plan of exploiting the mineral on international deep sea bed, China will make trial of ocean poly-metallic nodule pilot mining in 1000m deep in the eleventh five-year plan of Chinese government. Because of the particularity of abyssal environment and the complexity of the mining system itself, our country carries out the virtual reality research for the poly-metallic nodule mining system. It will shorten the research period and lower exploitation risk. It is necessary to develop a set of high-powered kinetic characteristic simulation and measurement system for the deep-sea mining system to provide similar movements and mechanical idiocratic reflection, analyze and study mechanical data and asway angle of each pivotal parts, provide reliable experimental validation platform and technical base for the selection of effective scheme. The major contents of this dissertation are as following:1. Simulative abyssal environmental forces of the simulation and kinetic measurement experimental system were analyzed according to action rule of the oceanic forces.2. Simulative experimental scheme with similar movements and mechanical idiocratic reflection of the mining system were confirmed after analyzing the movement rule of the main task process.3. A set of task simulation and kinetic measurement experimental system were built according to experimental scheme by use of mechatronics. Hardware and software of the system were designed .4. The data post-disposal platform were designed and some data were disposed by eliminating oddity items and smooth filter.5. Simulation experiment of the rigid pipe suffered from oceanic forces and buffer station were done. Experimental result were contrasted to the academic calculated value.
