高校二级学院教学管理模式多样化研究

【摘要】 高校二级学院教学管理是学校按学科或专业大类设置的教学基层组织的管理,在学校教学管理系统中处于基础和重要的位置。二级学院教学管理受到学校教学管理理念、人才培养模式、教学管理高效要求、地区差异、高校学生个性化要求等多方面的影响,单凭原来单一的、统一的高校二级学院教学管理模式已不能顺应时代的变化,多样化的教学管理模式呼之欲出。正是在这一背景下,本文提出了高校二级学院教学管理模式多样化的设想。 本文尝试在“以人为本”的思想指导下研究二级学院教学管理模式多样化。“以人为本”是以人性为根本,即尊重人的权利,尊重人的发展,尊重人的个性,以人的权利、发展和个性的需要为出发点,探讨教学管理模式多样化的必要性和必然性。文章通过分析多样化的国外二级学院教学管理模式,疏通我国高校二级学院教学管理模式发展的历史脉络,总结出我国高校校级管理的主要弊端表现为:校级管理难以发挥实效、校级管理权利过于集中、校级管理不适应社会进步。以及现行二级学院教学管理存在的不完善即:学院教学管理缺乏充分自主权、教学管理制度缺乏柔性、教学管理缺乏民主管理、学生缺乏学习的自由、教师缺乏激励机制。秉承于分权管理、人本管理、柔性管理和模糊管理等现代管理理念,坚持理论和实践相结合的原则,本文认为我国高校二级学院教学管理模式多样化应基于以师生为本、以学院为本的原则,在降低高校教学管理重心的基础上增强学院教学管理活力,实现教学管理模式的多样化。 通过分析我国现有的教学管理模式,作者认为多样化二级学院教学管理模式应以“以人为本”的思想为指导,充分体现教学管理的多样性、灵活性、有效性,注重加强学生综合素质的提高与完更多还原

【Abstract】 Instructional administration at school or college level means management to the teaching grassroots organizations set up by disciplines and specialties;it is in the foundation and important position in the teaching administrative system of the university. Administration at school or college level is affected by a lot of factors such as idea of management for teaching, personnel training mode, demand of management for high-efficient teaching, regional disparity, university students’ individualization requiring etc. It is impossible to comply with the changes of the times if manage continuously according to the original monotonous and unified mode, various teaching management modes are ready to appear. Just under this background, author proposed suggestions of various modes for colleges’ instructional administration.Author tries to study the variety of instructional administration mode at school or college level under the guidance of "people first or for the people". "People first" means to regard human naiture as the base, namely respect people’s right, respect people’s development, respect people’s individual character. Regarding people’s right, the needs of development and individual character as the starting point, study the necessity and certainty of various instructional administration modes at school or college level. Through analyzing foreign various instructional administration mode at school or college level, clearing historical development trail of colleges’ instructional administration mode of our country, author summarized main drawbacks of university’s instructional administration of our country as following: university’s instructional administration difficult to produce actual effect, university’s instructional administration are too centralized, university’s instructional administration hard to meet social progress. Author concluded main drawbacks of instructional administration of second class colleges as following: college’s instructional administration lack full autonomy, teaching management system lacks the flexibility, teaching and manageslacks democratic management, to lack the freedom to study for students and to lack the incentive mechanism for teachers. Base on such modern ideas as decentralized management, "people first", flexible management and fuzzy management etc., and adhering the principles of combining with practice in theory, the author thinks that the variety of instructional administration mode at school or college level should base on the principle "student first, teacher first and college first". Strengthening institute’s teaching and management vigor by reducing the center of university’s management, realize the variety of instructional administration mode at school or college level.Through analyzing current instructional administration mode of our country, at school or college level, author thinks that the variety of colleges’ instructional administration mode must guide with the thought that "people first", reflect fully the variety, flexibility, validity of instructional administration, and focus on strengthening the improvement and perfection of student’s overall qualities, to make students get healthy and harmonious development in ideological and ethical standards, cultural dynamics, professional qualifications, health and all of psychological quality. Construction of various colleges’ instructional administration mode should follow six following basic principles: a) the science combines together with the thought;b) academic management combines together with administration;c) unification of centralization and decentralized management;d) flexible management is a main fact and the rigid management is to assists;e) principle of democratic management combines together with centralized management;f) principle of the academic freedom coordinated with controlling management. Thus realize the variety of teaching management system, teaching management style, teaching management method, teaching method and means, teaching organizational form and teaching quality evaluation criterion.更多还原
