基于CCD图像传感器的高温熔体温度场软测量系统的研究

【摘要】 在有色金属冶炼过程中,高温熔体温度的测量是至关重要的。熔体温度既是确保产品质量的依据,又是实现生产过程自动控制、决策优化的基本条件,也是实现热能管理与节能降耗的关键。然而由于金属熔炼过程工艺复杂,环境恶劣,使得现有的高温测量技术对冶金炉内熔体的温度场难以实现实时在线检测,因此急需研制出一种能简单、方便、快速地测量高温熔体表面温度场的测温仪器。 近年来,随着光电技术、计算机技术和数字图像处理技术的发展,基于彩色CCD图像传感器的非接触式测温技术因其具有独特的优点而成为高温检测领域的研究热点之一。本文以高温熔体表面温度场的测量为研究目的,系统地研究了基于彩色CCD传感器的非接触式测温法的原理,详细论述了CCD输出信号与辐射体温度的关系,而且针对目前该测温方法测量精度不高的问题,分析了CCD比色测温法主要的误差来源,并提出了标定修正的CCD比色测温法。 在研究了测温系统中所需设备的结构和功能之后,提出了测温系统中各设备选型应满足的条件,设计并构建了一套基于彩色CCD图像传感器的非接触式测温系统。由于彩色CCD摄像机是作为电视摄像或监视设备研制生产的,其功能与测温所需的功能有很大的不同,因此本文中着重研究了彩色CCD摄像机各种性能对温度测量的影响及其处理方法。该项研究和分析对避免或减少因CCD摄像机本身所导致的某些测温误差有重大的意义。 构建测温系统后,本文利用中国计量院热工处的高温黑体炉对该系统进行了标定,得到了较为稳定的标定测量值,为系统进行实际测量奠定了基础;同时,通过分析大量实验数据,结果表明了本文提出的修正的CCD比色测温方法能有效地减少测温误差,提高测温精度,对测量高温熔体的温度场有显著的实用价值和应用前景。
【Abstract】 The temperature measurement of melting metal plays an important role in the metallurgy process of nonferrous metal, because the temperature of melting metal is a pivotal parameter to insure the quality of product, achieve the autocontrol, optimize the decision-making, economize the heat energy and reduce the energy cost. However, due to the complex technics and the bad condition in the metallurgy process, it is difficult to achieve the real time measurement of the temperature field of the melting metal in the furnace by the existing high temperature measurement techniques. Therefore it is urgently necessary to develop a simple and convenient temperature measure device which is capable to measure the temperature field of the melting metal quickly.Recently, with the development of photoelectric technology, computer technology and digital image processing technology, the contactless temperature measurement technology based on color CCD sensor has become a focus of research in the field of high temperature measurement. In order to measure the surface temperature field of high temperature melting metal, in this paper the contactless temperature measurement theory based on color CCD is studied systemically. The connection between the output of color CCD and the temperature of radiator is discussed in detail, and aiming at the problem that the temperature measurement is short of the veracity, main sources of the measure error is analyzed, and a corrected colorimetric temperature measurement is proposed.In this paper, all the essential instruments structureing of the contactless temperature measurement system are studied, before the method how to select temperature measurement equipments is proposed, and a contactless temperature measurement system based on color CCD image sensor is constructed. In view of that some functions of CCD image sensor that is developed and manufactured as vidicon bring some adverse influence to temperature measurement, the method how to avoid such adverse influence is discussed.In the end, the contactless temperature measurement system is calibrated on a black-body oven in National Institute of Metrology P.R.China, and a lot of steady experiment dates are gained. The result of calibration shows that the corrected colorimetric temperature measurement proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the measure error, and this kind temperature measurement used in measure the temperature field of melting metal has remarkable practical value.
