基于组织创新的企业盈利模式研究

【摘要】 在当代经济环境下,企业组织急需创新,为此必定引起企业盈利模式的构建。因此,构建一套能够适应组织创新的企业盈利模式势在必行。首先,论文总结分析了盈利模式和组织创新的相关理论,提出自己的观点。其次,进行了组织创新与企业价值创造的相关性研究,从组织文化创新、组织结构创新和组织流程创新、信息技术创新四个方面阐述其价值创造机理,为基于组织创新的企业盈利模式设计提供依据。企业盈利模式设计的构成要素包括企业战略设计、组织结构设计、价值链优化、流程再造、企业文化构建五个方面,并解析了网络组织的盈利模式和企业盈利模式的发展途径以及进行了企业盈利模式的运行分析。最后,构建了企业盈利模式运行效果的评价体系。通过海尔集团的案例分析,论证说明论文的理论部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper intends to create a mode of profit based on organizational innovation to fit the fast development of information technology and the requirement of the change from hierarchical and transverse organizational form to network organizational form. Organizational innovation includes innovation of organizational culture 、 organizational structure and organizational flow in this paper. That analyzing principles how innovation of organizational culture 、 organizational structure 、 organizational flow and information technology reach value increase sets up a bridge for the relationship between organizational innovation an profit model. The design of profit model should start from enterprise’s strategy and assemble enterprise’s existing resources, the result of that is to increase the profit return to stakeholders. The paper explains how enterprise’s strategy、 value chain、 operation flow and organizational culture create profit in the course of organizational innovation, then realize the establishment of enterprise’s profit model. The paper also analyze revenue model and cost model of network organizations and the development of enterprise’s profit model, then to provide evidence for enterprise establishes its model. In the end, aim at the development of network enterprises, summarize the profit models of network enterprises in our country. The case of HaiEr Bloc demonstrates this paper’s theories.更多还原
