方、圆管两用五轴数控切割机控制系统开发
Development of Control System of Five Axes Numerical Control Cutting Machine for Both Columnar and Quadrate Pipe Use

【摘要】 在现代自动化加工领域中,数控技术正在得到越来越广泛的应用。数控火焰管切割机也在这一领域中得到了一定的发展,使得原来传统的切割钢管技术得到了极大的改变。但目前国内外的数控管切割机一般只能对圆管等旋转体进行加工,能加工方形管相贯端头的机器为数不多。随着方形管应用的日益广泛,迫切需要能对此类工件进行高效率、高质量自动化切割加工的设备。 本文从方管加工的实际情况出发,在现有的数控圆管切割机的基础上,提出了一种能同时加工方形管和圆形管的数控切割机设计方案,并开发了与之配套的数控系统。该切割机控制系统以PMAC运动控制器为核心,工业PC机为系统支撑单元,构成双CPU结构的模块化、可扩展件好的开放式数控系统。软件上以Windows系统为平台,采用Visual C++6.0开发,并使用美国Delta Tau公司提供的最新的驱动函数库PCOMM32PRO代替其原来提供的ActiveX控件Ptalk来实现PMAC和上位机的通讯,提高了系统的稳定性和快速性。该控制系统能实现方管几种常见相贯形式的相贯线端头切割并能对各种加工误差进行补偿,大大提高了加工精度。文中介绍了方管相贯接头的切割原理,通过分析方管加工的特点,提出了相应的切割控制方案;对方管相贯线加工误差进行了分析,提出了检测和补偿方案;并就数控系统的硬件组成和软件设计进行了充分的论述。这种切割机的提出,适应了用户需求和市场变化,将极大的提高国内相关企业在此加工领域的加工效率,并且对管切割机应用领域的推广也具有积极意义。
【Abstract】 In modern automation process realm, the NC technique is getting more and more extensive application. The NC Flame Pipe Cutting Machine has also got development of a certain extent in this realm, which makes the former traditional technique of pipe cutting get tremendous changes. But the current domestic and international NC pipe cutting machines generally can only cut columnar pipe, there’s few machine that can cut intersecting end of quadrate pipe. With the quadrate pipe getting more and more use, it’s crying for a kind of roboticized equipment to cut such kind of workpiece in high efficiency and quality.According to the actual instance of quadrate pipe cutting, this paper puts forward a kind of design project of the NC cutting machine that can cut both columnar pipe and quadrate pipe based on the current NC columnar pipe cutting machine and developed its NC system. The control system of this machine uses PMAC motion controller as its kernel, industrial PC as its system support cell, which constitutes modular and extensible open NC system with parallel dual CPU structure. Its software is based on Windows operating system, uses Visual C++6.0 as develop tool and uses the latest Delta Tau Pcomm32PRO Communication Driver instead of old ActiveX Control PTalk to realize the communication between PC and PMAC, which improves stability and speediness of the whole system. This control system can cut intersecting end of quadrate pipe with several familiar intersecting form and can compensate all kinds of machining error, which greatly increased machining precision. This paper introduces the principle of cutting quadrate pipe intersecting end, analyses the machining characteristic of quadrate pipe and brings forward corresponding cutting control method. It also analyses the error in cutting intersecting end of quadrate pipe, advances the method of measuring and compensating, and describes the hardware makeup and software designs of NC system in details. This kind of cutting machine adapts user demands and market change, can greatly increase the process efficiency in related process field, and also have positive meaning for the expansion of pipecutting machine applying field.
