【摘要】 电子出版是出版界的一个新兴门类,诞生不过十多年。其出版规律乃至出版工作的基本操作过程都处于摸索过程中。关于具体的电子出版工作,并没有一个通行的标准,各电子出版单位很大程度上遵照图书出版流程的做法,所以现行的电子出版流程中存在一些不够严谨、科学的地方。是否有必要制定一个专门针对电子出版的流程呢?回答是肯定的。 首先,电子出版物与图书载体不同,其诸多特点决定了沿用图书出版流程不是长久之计。 其次,规范的电子出版流程,有利于出版过程简易化、出版周期最短化,从而提高出版单位的经济效益。 再次,流程的不规范不利于管理。这种管理不仅是指出版单位内部的管理,也包括新闻出版局、新闻出版总署对下属出版单位的管理。 因为图书出版流程在现实中对电子出版流程的影响,本文选取比较分析法作为理论基础,比较分析二者的内在联系和区别。为了制定一个基于比较分析法的电子出版流程,笔者对电子出版、比较分析法等相关知识进行了理论研究,深入武汉多家电子出版单位进行实践考查,并在武汉大学音像出版社、湖北省新闻出版局长期实习,从而掌握了很多关于电子出版流程的实际知识和电子出版的制度、法规。 该流程概括、分析和改进了现行的电子出版流程,考虑到了电子出版物图、文、声并茂的特点给出版工作每一个细节带来的影响,并参照对比了图书出版流程,遵照《电子出版物管理规定》及比较分析法使用规则,做到了理论与实践相结合,是一个较为规范、全面、实用的电子出版流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electronic publishing, as a fresh publishing form, came forth more than ten years ago. Its publishing rules and operation methods are explored recently. Many electronic publishing presses refer to follow book-publishing process, As to detailed electronic working methods, there is no vulgate standard, so there are still many irrational aspects on using electronic publishing process. Is it necessary to establish a process for electronic publishing? Of course it is.First, the carrier of electronic publication is different from book; its characters determine that it is not a good idea to follow book-publishing process for a long time.Second, canonical electronic publishing process is useful for not only the facilitation of publishing process, but also the shortness of publishing period, so that, we can improve the economy benefit of publishing presses.Third, the nonstandard of electronic process goes against managements. The managements include not only the inner management of company, but also the managements of News Publishing Bureau, News Publishing Office.Because book-publishing process has great effect on electronic publishing process, this article chooses the methods of comparison and analyses as the base of theory. To establish a electronic publishing process standard based on methods of comparison and analyse, penman studied the knowledges on electronic publishing process and methods of comparison and analyses, researched in many electronic publishing press in Wuhan, then practised in Wuhan university audio visual press and News Publishing Bureau for long, and grasped much practical knowledge and rules on electronic publishing process.The process summarizes, emphasizes and improves the using process, thinks of the effect bring by the character of electronic publication. references book publishing process, bases on Managements and Prescription on Electronic Publication, considers the characters of electronic publishing, and it is a normative, all-around, applicable process.更多还原
