基于CTP的标准化作业体系建设

【摘要】 CTP技术是印刷数字化时代重要的研究与应用热点,也是印刷业从传统工作模式转变为现代工作模式的一个重要契机。因此,如何合理、有效地应用CTP技术,充分发挥出CTP技术的整体优势,已成为一项关键而重要的研究课题。本文在分析CTP系统及其工作流程构建的基础之上,根据标准化作业原理,分析了印刷企业典型产品的生产模式,解析了基于CTP技术构建出整合的标准作业体系的基本方法,研究了CTP流程中工艺流程、生产模式及其作业方法的统一与适配方法,提出了一套全新的CTP应用的理念和方法——CTP-SOP体系。并且,本文选择了CTP-SOP系统中的技术难点之一——数码打样-SOP为样本进行了实例分析与评测,并取得了可以应用于工业生产的良好结果。本文对于帮助印刷企业理解CTP新技术及开展CTP技术的工业应用都具有指导意义。同时,本文中的模式化分析方法对于依靠CTP技术开拓印刷企业的多元化服务具有很好的实用价值。

【Abstract】 The CTP technology is an important topic of research and application during the era of digital printing. It’s also a good chance for graphic art to change from the traditional mode to a modern one. So how to apply the CTP efficiently and reasonably in order to throw out its superiority has become an key important research.The paper makes deep studys on the base of the CTP system and its work- flow construction. According to the standardization principle, the paper analyzes the production mode about some typical products in printing corporation. Besides it puts forward a basic method to conceive a comprehensive and self-contained standard work system, studys on technical flow, work mode and its excising methods in CTP work flow, conceives a bran-new idea and method about CTP application—CTP-SOP system. The paper chooses one of the most hard techniques in CTP-SOP system that is digital proof-SOP as an example to do study and evaluating, and finally achieves a good result for industry producing. The result has good value of guidance and application both in helping printing company catch on the new CTP technique and expand its application. Besides, the mode-analysis method raised in this paper has good practical value for exploiting multimode service about printing corporation based on the CTP technique.
