【Abstract】 This thesis makes an systematically study on administrative compensation decision, which is one of administrative managements in advance. The research on this will certainly develop the consummation of the administrative compensation system in China. So it is of great importance both practically and orilly.This thesis study the administrative compensation decision from concerpt, subject, condition, procedure and its content etc. On the basis of these, the author points out the defects of it, and raises the resolvions correspondingly.更多还原
