【摘要】 中日邦交正常化以来,中日关系是两国各自最重要的双边关系之一。日本作为中国改革开放后最早的也是最大的援助国,其对华官方发展援助是中日关系中的一个重要因素,历史上为中日关系的修复和发展发挥过重要的影响,成为日本对华友好的象征。但进入21世纪以来,日本对华官方发展援助发生了一系列重大变化,越来越引起各界的关注,也必将对两国关系产生重大影响。因此,研究日本对华官方发展援助及其变化,有助于我们把握中日关系的发展和演进。 本文除引言外,分五章对日本对华官方发展援助作了较全面的分析和探讨,约3万字。其中,第一章介绍了日本对华官方发展援助概况,先后顺次分析了日本对华官方发展援助的由来和三种不同的组成形式,以及发生重大变化前的日本对华ODA及其特点。第二章阐述了日本对华官方发展援助对中国、日本以及中日关系的作用和影响。第三章分析了21世纪初期的日本对华ODA变化:1、对华贷款规模逐年大幅度削减;2、日元贷款实施周期和投向发生变化;3、日本对华ODA日益政治化。第四章探讨了日本对华官方发展援助发生变化的原因及变化的影响。第五章则是对日本对华官方发展援助的前景进行了展望,指出了日本对华ODA对促进两国关系仍然具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Normalization of Sino-Japanese Relations,-Sino-Japanese relationship has become one of the most important bilateral relationships for both countries.Since the initiation of the open and reform policy,Japan has been the earliest and the biggest source of assistance to China,from Japan ODA is one of the important factors in the Sino-Japanese relationship and plays a critical role in restoring and improving the bilateral relationship,which became the symbol of the Japan’s friendship to China. Since the entry to 21~st Century,there have been great changes in Japanese ODA to China,which has aroused wide attention and will definitely bring about significant impact upon Sion-Japanese relationship.Therefore,studying ODA and its changes will be helpful for us to make a better understanding about the development and changes in Sino-Japanese relationship.Besides the Introduction,the paper divided into five chapters. gives a full analysis and discussion about the Japanese ODA to China.There are 30,000 Chinese characters.First Chapter introduces the general narration about the origin of Japanese ODA to China and its three forms,the characteristics of ODA before the great changes.The second Chapter illustrates the influence of Japan’s ODA policy upon China,Japan and the relationship between the two countries.The third Chapter analyzes the changes of ODA to China at the beginning of the 21~st Century:1.the sharp budget cut of the loan to China;2.the changes in loan period of Japanese Yen and loan distribution;3. politicizing of Japanese ODA to China.The Fourth Chapter probes into the reasons of the changes of Japanese ODA to China and their impact.The Fifth Chapter looks into the future of Japanese ODA to China and points out that the ODA still plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between China and Japan.更多还原
