碳纤维布和角钢复合加固钢筋混凝土柱抗剪性能研究
Experimental Research on Sheer Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Columns Combination Rehabilitation with Bonded Steel Angles and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Sheet

【摘要】 碳纤维布与角钢复合加固钢筋混凝土柱是一种新的加固形式,在将其运用到结构加固工程实践中之前,必须了解使用这种加固方式加固构件后抗剪承载力的提高程度以及抗剪性能的改善情况等,为此本文进行了七个复合加固弯压试件的抗剪性能的试验研究,研究了抗剪破坏规律,提出了复合加固抗剪承载力计算方法。 首先本文总结了国内外建筑物修复加固科学的发展与现状,简单介绍已经应用较成熟的建筑物加固方法,综述了外包钢及碳纤维布加固技术在国内外的研究与应用进展,并介绍了碳纤维布及粘结材料的力学特性与工程应用要求。 在考虑轴压比、钢缀板加固量、剪跨比等参数的影响下,对七根碳纤维布与角钢复合加固混凝土弯压柱进行低周反复试验。文中具体地介绍了试件的制作,试验过程以及试验现象,详细分析了试验现象;通过试验数据以及试验现象分析了各参数对构件抗剪承载力的提高的影响。结果表明,与未加固柱相比,碳纤维布与角钢复合加固后柱的极限承载力、延性均有大幅提高。 在确定钢材和核心混凝土在往复荷载作用下的应力—应变关系模型的基础上,本文利用桁架-拱模型对复合加固柱的受力进行理论分析并推导出复合加固柱的抗剪承载力的理论公式,在此基础上并结合本次试验的结果提出了复合加固柱的抗剪承载力的设计公式,试验结果与理论值对比,吻合较好,可供工程实践参考。
【Abstract】 It is a new form of reinforcement for concrete structure to strengthen them with combination of bonded steel angles (BSA) and carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheet(CFRP). We must know the combination rehabilitation weather can greatly improve the the inclined section bearing capacity of RC columns before it is used in engineering. Based on this purpose, Seven reinforced concrete columns strengthened with combination of bonded steel angles and carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheet have been conducted to investigate the sheer behaviors, and commended a reasonable shear capacity design formula of combination rehabilitation.At first this passage summarized the prospect of the science of rehabilitation, and introduced the common rehabilitation methods, and introduced the research status in reinforcement with CFRP and bonded steel anglesBased on the influence of several parameters, seven reinforced concrete columns strengthened with combination of bonded steel angles and carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheet (CFRP) under cyclic loads have been conducted to investigate the sheer behaviors. Manufacture of the specimen、 the whole experiment process and especially concerning phenomena are expounded. Compared with un-strengthened columns, there is a remarkable improvement in sheer capacity and the load-carrying capacity of flexural-compressive concrete columns strengthened with combination of bonded steel angles and CFRP.Based on confirmation of stress-strain relationship model of steel and core concrete subjected to cyclic loads, this passage commended a reasonable shear capacity theoretic formula based on truss-arch model, on the based of it ,a reasonable shear capacity design formula is commended. Compared to the results of the experiment, the calculate results inosculate well, and can be referenced in engineering practice .
