【摘要】 高职新生的年龄一般都在16-19岁,生理和心理正处于逐渐走向成熟的关键时期。随着科学技术的飞速发展,社会就业竞争的加剧,人际关系的日益复杂,高考的不如意,大学新环境的不适应等等,给新生带来了巨大的心理压力。高职新生的心理问题不容乐观,加强高职新生的心理健康教育已成为一项艰巨而重要的任务。寻求心理健康教育的途径和方法成为实现教育目标的新任务。本文针对学生的心理特点、心理问题,分析其产生的原因,提出了高职新生心理健康教育的有效途径和方法,并主张将各种途径和方法综合运用。 本文第一部分是高职新生心理健康教育的发展状况及意义。一是从高职新生心理健康教育的发展状况来看。二是高职新生心理健康教育的意义。本文第二部分是高职新生心理健康教育的目标和内容。一、高职新生心理健康教育的目标。二、高职新生心理健康教育的内容。本文第三部分是高职新生的主要心理特点及问题。一、高职新生的主要心理特点。二、高职新生的主要心理问题。本文第四部分是影响高职新生心理健康的因素。一是环境的影响因素。二是各种压力的影响因素。三是个体自身的影响因素。本文第五部分是高职新生心理健康教育的途径和方法。一是从高职学校管理方面。二是从学生的自我调适方面。三是从社会环境建设方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The average age of the freshmen in vocational college is between 16 to 19.It is the key period that their physiological conditions and psychology turns mature gradually. With the rapid development of science and technologies, the freshmen suffer great psychological pressure caused by a series of problems, such as intensified employment competition in society, complicated relationship, unsatisfactory of the college entrance examination, and unaccommodating to the new environment in college. With a view to the students’ psychological features and problems, this paper analyses the causes of the problems, points out effective approach, and presents the idea to generally use every approach.The first part of this paper is about the development conditions and the significance of the education of freshmen’s psychological health in vocational college. Two points in this part: one ,the development conditions of the education of freshman’s psychological health; the other, the significance of the education. The second part talks about the purpose and the content of the education. One point: the goal of the education of freshman’s psychological health; the other point: the content of the education. The third part is about main psychological features and problems of the freshmen. One, the main psychological features of freshmen in vocational college; the other, the main psychological problems of them. The fourth part is about the factors that affect their psychological health. Three factors: environment, all kinds of pressure and self-feature. The last part is about the approaches to the education of freshmen’s psychological health in vocational college.
