【摘要】 在经济全球化的今天,全球范围的竞争正日益加剧,并呈现出一些新的特征:技术全球化已成为全球经济的主流。中国在加入世界贸易组织之后,中国的技术型企业所面临的挑战不仅仅来自于经济全球化所引起的世界市场的激烈竞争,而且来自技术全球化所引起的技术能力的竞争。科技创新及其发展,以及由新技术开拓出来的新市场和新的商业机会,成为了决定和制约未来竞争的关键。而要与世界上的各大跨国公司竞争,建立我国技术型企业自有的、不可模仿的核心竞争力,是中国技术型企业的唯一出路。本文将就中国的技术型企业如何建立自己的核心竞争力提出一些意见及看法,希望能为中国技术型企业核心竞争力的构建提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。 本文首先从企业核心竞争力的基本理论以及中外技术型企业的特点和比较分析入手,重点阐述了中国技术型企业应如何培育和构建企业的核心竞争力,最后对中国技术型企业核心竞争力的有效管理和提升进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of current globalization ,the worldwide competition is being aggravated day by day ,and demonstrating some new characteristics that technological globalization has become the mainsteam of global economy.After Chinese accession to the WTO,the challenges that Chinese technology enterprises are facing with come from not only the the fierce competition on the international markets caused by economic globalization,but also the competition of technological ability.The innovation and development of scientific and technology ,and the new market opened up by the new technology and new commercial opportunity ,have become the key that decide and restrict the competition in the future.To compete with major transnational companies ,the only way for Chinese technology enterprises is to build up the core competence which belongs to their own and is unimitables.The thesis will put forward some views and opinions on how to build up core competence for Chinese technology enterprises ,and hope to offer some beneficial reference for the construction of core competence in Chinese technology enterprises.Beginning with the fundamental theory of core competence ,the thesis expounds the forge progress of core competence in Chinese technology enterprises.更多还原
