嵌入式以太网智能测控系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Intelligent Measurement System Based on Embedded Ethernet Technology

【摘要】 企业信息化建设的要求促使控制系统向网络化、数字化和开放化发展,控制网络从传统的DCS系统发展到现场总线系统,引发自动化领域深刻的技术变革。但是现场总线标准的不统一使其优势难以发挥,推广和发展受到限制。于是人们把目光投向了以太网技术。以太网由于具有开放性好、通信速率高、成本低廉、软硬件资源丰富以及可持续发展潜力大等优点,在工业控制系统的管理层和控制层得到了广泛应用,并有向下延伸应用于现场设备层,最终构建从现场控制层到管理层的基础开放构架,实现无缝的企业信息集成的发展趋势。现场智能测控装置是构建控制网络的基础和关键,采用高端嵌入式技术实现以太网现场智能装置开发是其重要发展趋势。应用嵌入式以太网智能装置将实现性能优越的数据采集、控制功能,远程管理人员可使用操作Web浏览器的习惯方式,获取丰富、直观的数据,完成现场设备监控。本文首先论述基于嵌入式以太网技术的研究背景、研究现状及研究意义,并给出其研究重点。在此基础之上,作者提出基于嵌入式以太网技术的网络系统整体设计、嵌入式测控装置软硬件整体开发方案的选择,介绍各部分的性能特点。随后,作者详细阐述了嵌入式以太网测控装置的硬件和软件的设计过程,深入剖析各实现环节的工作机理,包括32位微处理器系统的实现、以太网接口单元模块的实现、AD采样单元模块的实现、uCLinux嵌入式操作系统分析和移植,uCLinux下驱动程序的分析和实现、Socket套接字分析、HTTP协议分析、嵌入式Web服务器的实现等。最后,本文对研制的新型嵌入式以太网测控装置进行验证,结果表明该成果具备了高速嵌入式Web数据采集服务器的基本功能,对于高端嵌入式系统在工控领域的应用和工业以太网技术的推广具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The trends towards enterprise information program extends a requirement for the control system to the administration of network, digital and public. Control network has been developed from traditional DCS system to Fieldbus system,which brings a high-level technological revolution in automation. However, the advantage of fieldbus is confined by the appearance of a large variety of subsistent criterion, also influencing the spreading and development of technology. So, ethernet is selected as a resolution for this limitation, and is wildly employed in industrial management and control field due to its good publicity, high speed of communication, low cost and abundant hardware and software resource as well as a continuable ability of updating etc. All these advantages produce a direction regarding its implementation into the field equipment. Thus, ethernet will build up an open infrastructure and realize eamless integration betweenm management layer and field control layer.Intelligent measurement equipments are basic and key of control network. Application of high performance embedded technology to develop intelligent measurement equipment is one of the most important trends. Using intelligent measurement system based on embedded ethernet technology can realize high performance of data acquisition and monitoring. Also, supervisor from far away can supervise field equipments and obtain rich and intuitionistic data and by operating Web browser which is used generally.The thesis firstly introduces the research background, the research present situation and the research meaning of embedded ethernet technology. Then, author brings forward the overall design of the structure of industrial ethernet network, the general selection of hardware and softeware solution of embedded measurement equipment. After the system design finished, author detailedly illustrates how to implement the hardware and software of the embedded equipment.. Mechanism and design theory of each part is deeply analyzed. The realization of 32-bit embedd processor system, ethernet interface model, AD data acquisition model, uCLinux OS, driver under uCLinux, socket, HTTP protocol, embedded Web Server are given in detail. Finally, the new type of the intelligent measurement equipment developed is tested and the result shows that it is provided with the basic function of high speed data acquisition Web Server. The Result and the the intelligent measurement equipment developed of this thesis laid a solid base and provided a valued reference for application of high performance embedded system in industrial control field and popularization of industrial ethernet.
