【摘要】 在城镇化加速发展时期,由于经济利益的驱动,城镇范围迅速扩张导致建设用地大量增加;二、三产业吸引大量农村劳动力向城镇转移,使大量耕地抛荒和低效利用;农用地方向改变以及农业产业结构大的调整,在很大程度上以牺牲耕地为代价。耕地的数量急剧减少,质量迅速下降,耕地保护带来前所未有的挑战。本文在介绍了我国的城镇化发展基本情况后,就农村城镇化对耕地保护的影响和耕地资源变化的机制进行讨论,并运用统计学的相关知识,对城镇化水平与耕地变化之间的关系进行了数理分析,得出了我国耕地保护存在的问题和原因。最后在选择耕地保护目标的基础上,提出了我国农村城镇化进程中耕地保护的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accelerate developing period in urbanization, because of the drive of the economic benefits, the urban range expands and causes construction land to increase in a large amount rapidly; Two , three industries attract a large number of rural laborers to shift to the cities and towns, making a large amount of cultivated land lay idle and poor efficiency use ; The agricultural place regards sacrificing the cultivated land as the cost to a great extent to the adjustment that change and with great agricultural structure. The quantity of the cultivated land reduces sharply, quality drops rapidly; the cultivated land protection brings the unprecedented challenge. This text until urbanization, introduction of our country develop basic situation, discuss on rural urbanization impact on cultivated land protection and mechanism, cultivated land resources of change, use the relevant knowledge of statistics, analyzing mathematics and physics in relation while changing to urbanization competence and cultivated land, have drawn the existing problem and reason of cultivated land protection of our country.On the basis of choosing cultivated land protection goal finally, proposed the corresponding countermeasure of cultivated land protection in the process of rural urbanization of our country.更多还原
