【摘要】 多功能多向性的商住综合体建筑是现代社会进步、经济发展和土地资源紧张的必然产物,是随着现代城市建设和城市生活的不断进步而发展起来的,也是城市规划新理论和实践中的实例。 本文包括商住综合体建筑的基本概念以及商住综合体建筑的发展历史、现状和它的发展优势和弊端。再在阐述城市设计和建筑设计两者的概念以及相互关系的基础上,讲述在城市设计中的商住综合体建筑的设计。包括商住综合体建筑的空间设计、商住综合体建筑空间与城市空间的结合。分析商住综合体建筑的外部空间设计、规模和商业、人居环境的设计。讲述具有城市空间性质的两种空间形态:中庭和广场。分析它们的功能和一般性分类。从整体性、生态性、多样性方面对中庭、广场的设计进行要求。分析商住综合体建筑的功能组织设计,包括功能的构成和各个功能的基本设计规律。概念性分析了商住综合体建筑的发展趋势。从建筑城市的角度入手,综合分析和介绍商住综合体建筑与城市空间之间的相互作用和影响,说明商住综合体建筑实现的可行性与必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Architectures with multi-functions and multi-directions for the commercial and household uses result from social progress, economic development and the shortage of land. Following the development of widened urban and urban lives, they serve as cases of new theories of urban planning. Firstly, I explain many fundamental concepts about the comprehensive architectures and introduce the historical and concurrent situations with strengths and weakness. Based on an explanation of the concepts of comprehensive architecture and urban planning and the relationship between them, the study explains the design of comprehensive architectures for commercial and household uses, which include the design of the space planning and the connection of building space and urban space. It introduces and makes analysis for external designs for the comprehensive buildings, its scopes, commercial environments. In the part of design of comprehensive buildings and urban space, two things about design of urban space such as atrium and square are emphasized, and this part makes analysis of their functions and general classifications from aspects of integer, zoology and multiplicity. At last, the analysis for the functional structure design includes the structure of functions and the basic rules for every function. This part makes analysis for the trend of the comprehensive buildings as a whole in future. In conclusion, from the scope of city architectures, this study introduces and analyzes the functions and effects between comprehensive architectures and urban space, and explains the application, availability and necessity of the comprehensive buildings for the use of commerce and housing.更多还原
