大型地下钢筋混凝土岔管结构研究

【摘要】 随着水电事业的发展,越来越多的工程采用大型地下钢筋混凝土岔管结构。这类结构通常具有高内水压、高外水压和大直径等特点,岔管结构受力复杂,在围岩稳定和衬砌设计等方面至今仍有许多难题。 本文介绍了地下钢筋混凝土岔管结构的研究现状、有限元数值分析的理论和方法、初始地应力场及渗流场的分析理论。结合地下钢筋混凝土岔管的受力特点,运用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,提出了围岩、混凝土等弹塑性材料的计算模型和模拟方法。 结合某抽水蓄能电站钢筋混凝土岔管的工程实例,对工程实例进行施工、运行、检修等不同工况的三维非线性有限元分析,分析了岔管围岩的稳定性和衬砌的应力应变情况。水荷载基于面力和渗透体力两种不同设计理论,提出了不同的计算模型,分别分析了衬砌的应力应变、钢筋应力和裂缝开展的情况,得到了一些有益的结论,对其他类似工程具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 With the development of the Hydropower Engineering, more and more large-scale underground reinforced concrete bifurcations have been applied. These structures usually have the properties such as hign internal water pressure, hign external water pressure, and large diameter, etc. For the complexity of the loads on bifurcation, there are many difficult problems in research on the stability of surrounding rock and the design of lining.The status of the research on underground reinforced concrete bifurcation has been introduced in this paper. Subsequently, the theory and method of FEM have been stated, and the numerical simulate method of ground stress and seepage flow field have also been provided. In accordance with the loads-bearing characteristic of underground reinforced concrete bifurcation, the analysis model and simulate method of the elasto-plastic materials such as surrounding rock and lining have been presented by using the FEM analysis software ANSYS.In accordance with the practice of a pumped storage station’s reinforced concrete bifurcation, the 3D nonlinear FEM analysis of the structure have been carried out on different working conditions such as construction, operation and examination. The stability state of surrounding rock and the stress-strain of lining are analysed. Based on the two design theories for water pressure, namely surface pressure and seepage pressure, different simulate models have been put forward so as to study the stress-strain of the lining, the stress of rebar and the state of crack. Some beneficial conclusions have been obtained and the results have some reference value for other similar projects.
