【摘要】 传统的竞争理论认为企业之间表现得更多的是对抗的关系,即使是随着信息技术和互联网的发展,也没有从根本上消除这种竞争关系。但是随着企业所处的市场环境的变化,原有的单一企业之间的竞争转变成了集群或者网络之间的竞争。 国内外现有的大量文献在对企业网络的研究上已经取得了丰富的成果,企业网络理论的研究也进入了一个高潮。传统的理论从经济学中关于市场分工、交易成本的角度探讨了介于企业与市场之间的中间性组织——企业网络存在的缘由;从资源和能力的角度探讨了企业网络所依存的基石、从社会关系网络的角度探讨了企业网络的形式和内部的组织关系。组织生态理论走得更远,从系统论和生态学的角度涉及了网络中的企业行为。 但是借用传统的理论来解释企业网络和网络中的企业行为的时候,在许多方面人们还没形成共识,这意味着我们必须从另外的视角去发掘。当然上述的研究切入点和已有的研究成果为我们从社会生物学视角研究网络中的企业行为打下了坚实的基础,并提供了丰富的方法论支持。鉴于此,本文试图从社会生物学的角度探讨企业本身所具有的生物学特质并结合组织生态理论来发掘网络中的企业行为之间的内在联系和本质特点,试图对网络中的企业行为给出更合理的解释,解决现有理论关于网络中企业行为的盲点,弥补其对网络中的企业关系行为的解释不足。 全文分为五章:第一章对企业网络进行了概述,第二章对有关企业网络研究的文献进行了综述:第三章简单介绍了社会生物学的基本原理;第四章从社会生物学的角度对企业网络产生、发展和进化进行了阐述,最后一章对全文进行了总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional competition theories argue that the relationship between enterprises shows more is the relation of conflict. Even accompanied with the development of the information technique and the Internet, this relationship also exists essentially. But the competition occurring in single enterprise to single enterprise transfers to clusters to clusters or networks to networks, due to the shift of the market environment.A great deal of domestic and foreign literatures has already obtained abundant fruits on the research of networks of enterprises, the research of the networks of enterprises also enters a high tide. The traditional theories probed into the middle organization between the firm according to the theories of the transaction cost economics and the work-dividing of community. It inquired into the business networks from the angle of the resources and capability. It discussed the forms of the business networks and the relationship in the organization the inner parts the sill that depend on to save and from the angle of network of social relationship, the theories of ecology of organizations also referred to enterprise behaviors in the network.But the traditional theories to explain the networks of enterprises and the enterprises behavior in the networks has its shortcomings, which means that we must discover from another viewpoint. Certainly the existent research results afforded us the footstone. Owing to this, this paper try to research on networks of enterprises from the viewpoint of sociobiology ,try to study the biology characteristic of enterprises and to discover inherent contacts and the essence of characteristics of enterprise behavior in the networks, try to give more reasonable and hermeneutic explains, solve the existing theory’s shortcomings on networks.This thesis is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 summarizes the enterprise networks, Chapter 2 sums up the literatures of research on networks of enterprises; Chapter 3 introduces the basic principles of the sociobiology in brief; Chapter 4 expatriates the origin, development and evolution of networks of enterprises from the viewpoint of sociobiology.
