新型细水雾灭火实验研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的高速发展和人民生活质量的提高,各种各样的新的建筑出现,如城市地铁、大型地下停车场、公共体育文化场馆和超高层建筑等,这些建筑为人们的生活提供便利的同时也为消防安全提出了巨大挑战。 由于《关于破坏臭氧物质的蒙特利尔协定书》,一直作为消防灭火的主力军的哈龙灭火剂逐步被禁用,寻找一种新安全可靠的灭火剂成为世界各国的迫切要求。目前国内应用的哈龙灭火剂替代物主要有:FM-200、二氧化碳、烟烙尽、气溶胶、SDE等。本文通过经济和性能分析比较,细水雾作为一种新兴的灭火剂脱颖而出。 目前许多发达国家在细水雾灭火系统方面做了大量的研究工作,已经取得了巨大的成就。细水雾灭火系统灭火效果的好坏又取决于细水雾喷头的性能,而现在我国细水雾应用市场被国外喷头所占据着。我国现已将细水雾灭火系统的研究工作列为国家科技攻关项目,中国科学院知识创新工程项目和国家重点基础发展规划(973项目)都将细水雾灭火技术作用重要的研究内容,我国的细水雾灭火技术的研究前景十分看好,意义深远。本文详细介绍了细水雾灭火系统的定义、起源、灭火机理及应用。采用实验的的研究方法,建立细水雾灭火系统的实验研究平台,对自我设计的细水雾喷头进行测试。实验主要通过测定压力、高度、喷头孔径的大小和雾动量对细水雾灭火效果的影响。对实验火场中,对细水雾的灭火机理进行具体分析。 本人研究发现:提高细水雾系统的工作压力可以减小细水雾的水滴粒径,灭火效率增加;流量也随着工作压力的提高而增大,灭火效率也相应提高;细水雾系统的工作高度对细水雾的灭火有明显的影响,并且随着高度的增加灭火效率随着变小;细水雾的雾动量是对细水雾灭火效率起主要作用。希望本人的研究能为细水雾的后续研究提供一定参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of our economy and the improvement of the people’s life level, there are many new buildings including subways, large underground parking garages, public culture and sport buildings and ultra high-rise buildings that challenge fire control when providing people for conveniences lives .According to The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Halons that are used widely for fire control are controlled gradually. It is very urgent to find safe extinguishing reagents replacing Halons. Now, FM-200, carbon dioxide, Intergen, Aerosol and SDE are main substitutes used in our country. This thesis indicates that water mist is a very ideal extinguishing reagent through analysis of economy and performances.Now, many investigations on water mist fire suppression systems are conducted in many developed countries and they have got some achievements. The effect of water mist fire suppression systems depends on the performances of nozzles but most market shares of water mist fire suppression systems application are taken by foreign nozzles at present in our country. Now the government has paid more attention to water mist fire suppression systems and the investigation prospect of water mist fire suppression systems technology is very beautiful in our country. This thesis paper detailedly introduces the definition, origin, fire mechanism and application of water mist fire suppression systems. The experimental research platform for water mist fire suppression systems is erected and the self-design fine water mist nozzles are tested through experimental research method. Experiments test the influences of pressure, height, nozzle aperture and frog momentum on the fire control effect of fine water mist. In the experimental fire field, the fire mechanism of fine water mist is detailedly analyzed.Researches indicate that the increase of the work pressure of fine water mist system can decrease particle size of water droplet of fine water mist and enhance the efficiency of fire-extinguishing. With the increase of the work pressure, the flux increases and the efficiency of fire extinguishing is enhanced. The operating height of fine water mist system significantly influences the efficiency of fire extinguishing of fine water mist and the efficiency of fire extinguishing decrease with the increase ofthe height. The frog momentum of fine water mist has main influence on the efficiency of fire extinguishing. It is hoped that my researches can provide some references to others.
