【摘要】 公路数据库是公路部门的基础数据平台,公路部门中各种应用系统,例如桥梁管理系统、路面管理系统、智能交通系统等,它们所使用和管理的数据都属于公路数据库的一部分。在以往,由于软件开发工具和系统设计技术的限制,在系统建设中,都是一个系统一个库,这样就导致了大量的重复建设,而且系统缺乏灵活性,开发的软件几乎不具有可扩展性,不能适应用户需求的变化,维护起来也非常的困难。随着软件开发技术的发展,开发具有灵活性、可扩展性的应用系统成为当前软件设计的潮流,而且,考虑到公路数据库自身的特点,运用开放式的软件设计技术设计开放式的公路数据库管理系统,对于打造公路部门基础数据平台,促进数据共享,加快公路信息化步伐,有着重要的现实意义。 本文在分析了当前公路数据库需求特点后,对开放式公路数据库系统进行了深入的研究,对公路管理中涉及的重要的理论和技术进行了详细阐述,并且提出了一种基于公路路网参照系统和动态分段技术的公路设施空间数据库概念模型。进而,基于开放式公路数据库系统的设计思想,设计并实现了公路数据库管理系统,该系统不仅实现了基本的公路数据库维护管理功能,而且实现了公路数据库的接口管理、数据关系动态维护、数据结构维护以及基于动态分段技术动态生成组合表等开放式功能。本文研究成果对于公路部门基础数据工程建设具有较大的参考价值,系统开发实践也为开发类似系统的人员提供了一个很好的案例,开发中关于权限管理、查询统计分析、数据录入等数据库基本维护管理功能的解决方法,对于开发其他数据库应用系统的开发者也能起到一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The highway database is a fundamental data platform at the highway department. All kinds of applications at the highway department such as Bridge Management System, Pavement Management System and ITS etc. all employ part of data of highway database. Before, it was typical that each application used alone its own database due to the limitation of software tools of developing and technologies of application designing. In this case, repeated construction, lack of flexibility, inextensibility, not meeting users’ need to be changed and difficulty of maintenance were brought about. With the promotion of the technology of software developing, implementing a flexible and extensible application is prevailing. Furthermore, as far as highway database’s traits are concerned, designing an opening highway database managing system is good for building a basic data platform, furthering share of data and speeding the pace of being info.This paper is plunged into opening highway database system and some important theories and technologies related to highway managing after analyzing the traits of need of the current highway database. And based on reference system of the road network and dynamic segmentation technology, it puts forward a kind of spatial database conceptual model of highway facilities. What’s more, based on the designing thought of opening highway database system, the Highway Database Managing System is implemented. The system Implements not only basic maintaining & managing functions but also the opening functions such as interface Managing, dynamic maintaining of data relationship, Maintaining of table structure and creating combined tables based on dynamic segmentation technology etc. the research fruits of this paper are of significance for the fundamental data construction at the highway department. The developing practice of the system is a good sample for development of the like system. Some solutions of basic functions relevant to maintaining and managing of the database such as right managing, querying, statistics and recording can be used for reference by some other database applications.更多还原
