【摘要】 随着脉冲功率技术的持续不断发展,其在国防建设以及国民生产中的应用越来越广泛。高功率脉冲电源作为脉冲功率技术的主要组成部分,也越来越受到人们的关注,更高的功率以及更高的重复工作频率一直是高功率脉冲电源的发展方向。 本论文介绍了一种新型高重复频率大功率脉冲充电电源的设计,安装和调试。这种新型脉冲充电电源主要包括:滤波电路,谐振充电电路,能量补偿电路,能量泄放电路和计算机控制系统。装置的主要参数为:平均功率150kW,最高输出电压500V,最大输出电流150kA,每次工作负载电容器放出能量1350J,重复频率1～100Hz连续可调。 其工作过程主要包括系统初始储能,脉冲电容器放电,气体开关导通,能量补偿,谐振充电等过程。系统各个工作过程由计算机进行远程控制,控制软件由NI公司的LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件编写。 经过调试,系统在单次和重复频率工作状态下能稳定运行,完全实现了与加速器整机的配套。另外,本套脉冲电源所采用的全部为国产元器件,其中大电流的快速晶闸管、重复频率低电感电容器、谐振充电电感等器件都是委托国内相关厂家和研究所研制,从而也促进了国内在这些方面元器件生产能力和研究技术的提高。这种脉冲电源可以实现在高重复频率工作下的高电压大电流输出,具有小型、高效和高可靠性。它是为某强流粒子束加速器整机配套而研制的,但也可发掘其在其他脉冲放电领域中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the uninterruptedly development of pulsed power technology, the application of pulsed power technology in both of national defence and national produce have been more and more abroad. To be the major constitute part of pulsed power technology, high-powered pulsed power supply has been got more and more attention by people. Higher power and higher repetition rate are all along the develop direction of high-powered pulsed power supply.This paper introduced the design, install and debug of a new sort of high-powered pulsed power supply. The power supply is composed of several parts as: harmonic suppressing circuit, resonance charging circuit, energy retrieving circuit, energy discharging circuit and computer control unit. The main parameter are: the mean power of 150kW, the highest output voltage of 500V, the maximun output current of 150kA, the capacity emit energy of 1350J every period, the maximun repetitive rate of 1~100 Hz.This system work process is composed by such actions: primary charging, discharging of the pulse capacitor, the gas- switch turning on, energy retrieving and resonance charging. Each work process of this system was controlled by long-distance computer. The control software of this system was wroten by LabVIEW of the NI Co.After debugging the system, it can work stabilize under the repetitive of 1~ 100 Hz, which totally meets the requirements of the accelerator. In addition, all parts of this pulsed power supply are made in china. Such as big current celerity crystal dust、 repetition rate small inductance capacitor and resonance inductance are consigned correlation factory and academe to develop. Thereby, it can also improve the domestic produce ability of these parts of an apparatus. The pulsed power can works by high output voltage and large output current under the repetition rates, it has some merits: simple structure, high efficiency and high reliability. The repetition pulse power supply not only has been used in accelerator, but also can be applied in other pulse power technology fields.更多还原
